    Default Natasha St Pier

I just received it from amazon.fr.
Another good selection of songs. I enjoy her voice.
She has a different range than Alizée.

I now have 4 CDs from Natasha. This just makes me want even more to have a new CD from Alizée. I hope she gets back to music and dance soon.

Has anyone else heard Natasha's new CD? What do you think?

I like her music very, very much. Got all the albums except the first one which was only released in Canada. Gotta order it someday from amazon.ca , when I got something else to order with it (to save lil in shipping costs).

Her newest album is excellent. Like it very much! My favorites from it are Ce silence and De nous. In general, I like slightly slower songs more. The title song (Longueur D'ondes) is too one of my favorites.

Yep. I'd have to say too that Longueur D'ondes is definately her best album. Got also all the albums but "Emergence". Her looks isn't bad either.

Too bad can't go to her concert in next month in Paris.

Really wanted to go there but just can't make my Paris trip at that time... Have to do it month earlier.

The wost thing is that she's singing in Paris the day I have to leave from there! Couple hours after plane leaves.

Oh well, I have faith on her... New tournee in couple years! I'll be there, no matter what!

I ahve heard a few of her songs and I like them very much. I uploaded a couple of her videos in the "Varietes" thread. Like RMJ, I also like the slower songs. Sometimes, songs have a variation of slow and fast beats mixed in that go well with vocal transitions. Amazing stuff just like Nourith's "Partir" !!!

Such a bad luck for both of us. Last time I was in Paris she had a mini concert at Virgin Megastore on the 16th of Jan and We/ I arrived on 17th.

So i was thinking of going to see some of the concerts on this tour but im still missing the company to go with... and i have couple of other trips coming up, so it might be too tight for my budget.

If I just can find some money, I'd still be up for the trip. Another couple day trip to Paris (or elsewere in France) wouldn't be too bad idea.

Gotta see that after this trip... If I can even affort to eat after it.

    Orion,
Yeah, those beat changes are pretty cool. She got many such songs where it happens.

I don't think there's any working link in that thread to her performances.

I suggest to check out http://forum.musique.hu/

They got lots of Natasha vids there.

I have heard two tracks from her new CD. Is it better than L'instant d'apres?

    Both are excellent albums.

Can't really say which would be better. L'instant d'apres is more familiar to me, tho, so I might pick it to be better. Have had the new album only couple months so it's still new for me. But as said earlier, I have already found some excellent songs on it. They gets better and better everytime you listen 'em.

My favorite is A chacun son histoire. I especially like Et la fille danse, Tu n'es plus dans ma tête, and Je t'aime encore.
She can sing very high and make it sound beautiful.

I heard some of the songs on John's radio, she has a pretty voice but it doesn't come closk to Alizée if you ask me.
Well, he's kind of had it in for me ever since I accidentally ran over his dog. Actually, replace "accidentally" with "repeatedly," and replace "dog" with "son."

No, mostly Alizée, Myléne, Natasha and Shania Twain.
