Thanks to one very kind and good person, I can listen to Alizée's new album! I'll buy it as soon as it is in Canada. Girls, guys, what is your favourite song from this album? And do you like this album or the first one better?

A contre-courant ... Comparing it to the first albums, both of them have some very nice tracks, so difficult to say whether I like the second one more ...

I love A contre courant ! The second album is better than the first ! But the first is always very good !

I like both albums. You are right, they are different to some extent, but, however, they are both wonderful!

I like the second album more then the first one .. but Moi Lolita stays #1 for me :P after that Hey Amigo, C'est trop tard, J'en Ai Marre, A contre-courant and Youpidou!

i definitely LOVE j'en ai marre the most. and i think the new album is better then the first... but thats because im a brand-neew fan haha.

I don't think the second album is all that good as the first one..



J'en Ai Marre is ok i guess, but not that good, and that hickup on live performances isn't that great. A Contre Courant is probabbly the best one, really good. Or maybe Amelie m'a dit is my favourit from the new album.



But the first album had alot more good songs imo. Like L'Alizée which is FANTASTIC and Parler Tout Bas and not to forget A Quoi Reve Une Jeune Fille.



But the best song, of all, is when Alizée sings France Gall - Ella Ella.. I would almost do anything for a studiorecorded version of that song.



Wouldn't it be great if Alizée did a CD with covers of classic french hit-songs? They would be soooooooo great...

In one of her interviews Alizée said that she asked her composer to add more drums, because her musical feeling changed a little bit:) But I love both albums. Depending on my mood and thanks to one very kind person :wink: I listen either Alizée's first album or her second creative work:)

Hey amigo is the best song on the album, but I have to give a little love to L'E-Mail A Des Ailes. Nobody on the boards seems to like this song as much as I do.

yeah, it wouldnt be fun if everybody would like the same song (e.g. Hey Amigo!) and they would ignore the rest from the album.



There are only few songs that I find to be not so good.

on every album theres good songs and then just filler track 6 called? is one of those track 11 is growing on me but not to much

I think I have to agree with u Jerome .. but Alizée's album does have many more good songs then most albums ... by that I directly have to say that there is one album which in my opinion can't be beaten .. all tracks are good and nice :P



Cuz this is a forum about Alizée I won't give more details .. still she has more good songs in total :P

I really like Amelie m'a dit alot. They way she sounds on that song is amazing. I wish that they would make a video for it. I bet that it would be unbelieveable.

I prefer the second album because all the songs are fantastic. The first album is also very good, but several songs are not as well as the second ones.



I like very much A contre courant and Toc de Mac, in spite of I like all the songs...

I was just looking for a good idea for my avatar, and I also wanted to experiment some tricks in Photoshop. Btw, do you know some tutorial to transform a photo into a comic strip ?
