Tapetor, I've just added the "confirmed" German forum members to the main list, so member lists don't get lost.
@Alexx89_Rom, your best bet is to go to expedia and search for the Hotel d'Espagne in Paris. This was where I got the best offers, although they are listed in most holiday hotel sites.

Lili's one I hope so you can invite us there for a little party
Bought 2 tickets (orchestre area) for me and a willing friend to provide a home for me. :D
Roman says to post what forum also. Okay, I'm a 2 yr Alizee America member and just now AF member. Have home? Will travel. PM me for phone numbers and the sorts. I want to do the France and Belgium concerts as well. If I have to buy your front row ticket to get there, I will - no charge. :D
Of course, to get the ticket, I need you to live in that town. At least real close...beats having to live in hotels. That gets expensive.

Well, then stick to me on this trip too. :P
Since I'm going for all of those concerts and surely I will have some place to stay, at least the bridge. So, we can share the costs if we need to book a hotel. I'm happy to have someone to travel along me there. :)
Amigo!

The bridge sounds tempting , but I think a nice bed would do. Just as long as there is no construction going on :P

Hi all and salut ! Some of you may know me from AAm. Our mutual acquaintance, Roman, suggested I sign up and drop by!
Although I'd love to go to the Paris show, it's just not in the books for me. :tears: But I am planning for the 2 in Belgium and perhaps Nantes depending on how I work my logistics.
Anyway, bon nuit!

I'm also not sure about my work schedule yet, and while I'd like to go to all (or most) of the European shows, if I have to choose one it's gonna be Paris. I mean it's like my second home, and seeing Alizée there with all my friends would just be the ultimate!
Edit: Hmm, 5050th post... I don't think I even noticed when I passed 5k...
The ticket ordered. I'll pick it up in Paris. Can you put me on the list now ? :P

Speaking of how expensive it is. Here's a little illustration. I ate a pretty low price dinner tonight - Chinese - got a simple vegetable stir fry 5.50€, oh, plus rice of course 2€ and a little pineapple juice. Ok, that was like 3.50€, not the cheapest drink I've ever had. After some tip it was around 13€ which of course equals about $20.80. Just a little example of how it might go. Call it a travel tip. So, that's what ever it is where ever any of you live. Where I live I could probably get approximately the same meal in a bit less nice place for around $13 (8.13€).

I just cook my own food, strange you mention chinese, I made a chicken stir-fry the other night, with fried rice as well. :)

Just incase my ass. If you don't make this i will lose faith in life itself. Don't let anything stop you Orion, you will regret it if you don't make this trip.:( I'm sorry to have to say stuff like this Orion, don't really take me seriously but, we may have to petition to have your ass banned from the site if you don't show up. So how about that!:|
Sorry, it's just that one would like to think he's part of a community where cool stuff happens, especially for those who have been around and active a long time. It's disappointing to think that one can "fail" to "realize" one's desires to such an extent as to not go to a concert after waiting a bizzilion years.
I have heard some of the fan community musicians create really good remixes and such of her songs. That's being alive. She's in the music business. What's better than creating music with Alizée then? So, creating music for Alizée is maybe the next best thing. I would think some of them might actually gain some of her precious attention for a minute or two. :P
So, we do what we can, yes?

It's to meet Lili . . . I could care less for the concert, although it would be a dream to be there. I already have my tickets with me, I have chosen half my courses already, and must choose the others . . . then check scheduling for tests etc. . . I do not want to spend another year here for this. I need to finish school NOW! I will know by mid August to start of Sept for sure!

My only mission is to finally meet her one day and to later have the utmopst plasure and honour of spending some time with you fine people. As far as school goes, only I know what needs to be done. I did a little walking today. Here's some info that might be helpful for some people. In case you want to skip this, I'll say right now, I also saw the following hotels right next to the Hotel d'Espagne: Hotel Corona, Hotel Aston, Hotel des Arts, Hotel Mondial, Hotel du Bresil and more. Forgive me, I took these photos in reverse order from what I'm putting here so it's a little weird.
Here's a snapshot from Google Maps.
http://img56.imageshack.us/img56/1535/mapnearrexov5.jpg
The A is the Emeraude Hôtel d'Espagne. The R is the Grand Rex. To get to the hotel, take Rue Rougemont from Boulevard Poissonière. It's not hard to find once you look down the street. You can't miss that BNP Paribas (a bank) (1)
http://img526.imageshack.us/img526/364/paris2008081501yx7.jpg Looking down Rue Rougemont from Blvd Poissonnière, to the left you see (2) http://img510.imageshack.us/img510/1204/paris2008081502wj8.jpg and (3)
http://img366.imageshack.us/img366/6640/paris2008081503jt8.jpg
Notice that unlike on the map, the Grands Boulevards metro stop is right there and to the right (4)
http://img84.imageshack.us/img84/7084/paris2008081504ip6.jpg and (5)
http://img524.imageshack.us/img524/6339/paris2008081505ou3.jpg Notice that to the right of the red wrong way sign, you can see part of the R of the Rex sign here. It's not far as you can see. When I was there, there was a closed gate where the X is on the map; so, it looks like we can't take the convenient short cut.
to be continued ...
Roman
16th August 2008, 21:02
So, walk down rue Rougemont and take a left. Once you get to rue de Trévise ahead will look like (6) http://img210.imageshack.us/img210/1096/paris2008081506dd0.jpg
if you turn around and look back (7)
http://img84.imageshack.us/img84/9814/paris2008081507rx2.jpg
you will turn left and go under a tunnel to get to the hotel, but if you look the other way down rue de Trévise, it will look like (8.)
http://img84.imageshack.us/img84/6589/paris2008081508il4.jpg
to be continued ...
Roman
16th August 2008, 21:10
After you go under the tunnel and get to the front of the hotel, if you look back you see (9)
http://img123.imageshack.us/img123/7982/paris2008081509jn8.jpg
and the restaurant across this little street (10)
http://img526.imageshack.us/img526/3170/paris2008081510fo2.jpg
and if you look in the direction you just came past where the hotel is (11)
http://img510.imageshack.us/img510/5336/paris2008081511tl8.jpg
and ok, here's the front of the hotel itself (12)
http://img366.imageshack.us/img366/5874/paris2008081512gp3.jpg
if you keep going and turn right, you see (13) http://img84.imageshack.us/img84/6906/paris2008081513kl4.jpg
or if you turn left, you see (14) http://img524.imageshack.us/img524/5771/paris2008081514xs4.jpg
That's where you would come from if you took that first left after turning left on rue Rougemont or the closed shortcut.
Sorry if that was a little ridiculous with too many photos and stuff.
Let me know if you have any questions with similar stuff. Who knows, maybe I can take more photos or something.

eh, good stuff.
anyway, ive been reading about paris.. and my travel agents gave me some magazines..and there are so many tours to choose from!
for example, a 3 course dinner at altitude 95 + 1 hour cruise on river seine + moulin rouge show = about 200euros, worth it? heh
u think tours are the easiest way to see paris? i mena, at least its organized..heh

I think the best way to see Paris is on foot with a map. Or buy a ticket for the tour bus which allows you to hop and and off as you like, also the batobus riverboat does the same, you buy a ticket and get on and off at different points on the Seine.

Well, the first post does tell you hotels that folks will be staying at and as you may have already been made aware that most are booked at the Hotel d'Espagne.
The best thing you can do is contact them directly via e-mail or telephone -- http://www.hotels-emeraude.com/hotels/espagne/us_presentation.htm
You can also take a look at the map here -- http://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g187147-d245088-Reviews-Le_Grand_Rex-Paris_Ile_de_France.html . Just zoom in and you can see the locations of other hotels near Le Grand Rex and Hotel d'Espagne. ;-)

Here's a snapshot from Google Maps. ...

Hey,
You can order your tickets at online ticket places such as FNAC (http://www.fnacspectacles.com/place-...797b95613a.htm) or Francebillet (http://www.francebillet.com/place-sp...797b95613a.htm)
As for hotel vacancies there seem to be several members above who have not yet booked their rooms, maybe you guys can organise something. And don't worry you are not the only one from AF who have not been to France.

hey guys, while sorting out my study trip to paris next feb, my tutor advised me on many places to stay in paris for a pretty decent price. maybe you could give the centre a call to check. tho they may not be in the city centre.
"There are different type of accomodation (with room or dormitories),
and different prices. There are some international Centers specialised
in short stay, in Paris. I think they are nice for you students,
because, they are not dormitories, but single and double rooms.
--> prix of "Centre International de Séjour de Paris"
1 double room: 25 € / person / night
1 single room : 32 € / person / night
with toilet and bathroom
Breakfast included, sheets and towels provided
--> prix of "Centre International de Courts Séjours (CICS)"
1 single room, showers and toilets are located on each floor = 480 € /
month or 140 € / week / person
1 double room, showers and toilets are located on each floor = 320 € /
month or 95 € / week / person
Attention : 1 week minimum and the person must have less than 30 years
--> An other one, not dormitorie, but rooms for 2, 3 or 4 persons) :
"Auberge Internationale des Jeunes",
BREAKFAST INCLUDED,
● All rooms for 4 people have a bathroom and shower separated
* For rooms for 2 and 3 persons, showers and toilets are located on
each floor
19 € / person / night"

Hi again my dearest friends ! I might have chosen the wrong place for this kind of post but it doesn't matter anyway...
:weep:
The whole plans I had and everything I wanted with this trip to Paris have been cancelled... I will no longer be with you there , I will no longer share the joy and the happyness... The reason ?! There is no need to bring it into discussion..The main ideea is that I have something so important to do right now that will decide my future for a long , very long time... Most of you will say that I am right but a day or two won't be much to take a break for...
wrong... I need every hour and every minute for what I intend to do. Some of you know how faithful I am to Alizée and the many things I wanted to do...Some of them will still be possible but this one won't...I won't be able to see her anymore unless she will plan another concert next year. I am not giving up on her but I will take a longer break because seeing news and pictures and so on will only make me regret it and will take me to a place where I cannot focus anymore on my current "most important thing of my life bla bla bla ...."
The concert itself is nothing to me compared to the main things I wanted for this trip : To see her ( singing or not doesn't matter ) ..and to meet all of you guys. I will keep the faith that both of them might be possible in the future. Trust me when I say that at the moment this is the right choice for me...I cannot throw this chance away... Yes I am giving up on Lili but not forever.
So for those faithful and loyal to her I have to say : I am sorry that I have dissapointed you guys and I am upset as hell but I have to do this..You all will hear from me again later on but for now this is for best.
I don't wanna make this too long so ... Please have fun there , enjoy it and make it the best moment of your lifes. I salute you all and wish you the best because you all diserve it:wink:. I hope to hear from all of you again ..doesn't matter when and how... Have fun and don't forget : Enjoyment Matters !
P.S : And by the way I have 2 free concert tickets for 2 of you guys that want to go or will take a frind or two with you to Paris... If there is any of you in need of them and are sure that they can afford the trip to Paris send me a PM and will deal with the transport and things...
I wish you all the best !!! :weep:

YOU DO NOT cancel a concert, just to attend in person. You have a closed screen tv live broadcast FROM the concert with her SAYING HI and THANKS, with all the fans cheering from the REX too, and congratulaing Lili . . . THAT is how it is done . . NOT by her cancelling a concert to go and get an award from MTV. It is a sign of greatness, and everyone agrees! You better agree, because it would be the COOLEST fuckin thing to happen at a concert with her, relatively speaking for those that got to be with her on stage, ofcourse :cheesy:
Well, I always have plenty of jealousy regarding Alizée, but that's another story.
As for this, I'll say that it would be plutôt cool. That's what we really need. And she too.
So, trying to be on topic, I've heard talk about maybe doing something special in/for the concert, something sort of fan club related (even though we don't have a proper fan club). Is anyone working on anything that I should know about?

hmm hmm, intriguing I must say. Of course, what do you mean by nice? After dragging in from various far off countries to stay for only a few days, we might not quite be prepared to go to a "nice" restaurant. Then again, if she accepted an invitation I might have to buy some nice clothes pronto.

Yeah, it's totally unclear. Why would the Grand Rex risk losing money telling people it's canceled if it's not true, but like you said, we have only the word of the people saying that to go on right now. There is nothing at all except that to give any indication that the show could be canceled. There was the thing about their web site being messed up that Brian found. They could still have an error in their system and they are reporting it to people who call. That is crazy bad management that they still haven't figured it out. But it's 3 weeks from the concert now. I even sent an email through MySpace to Alizée suggesting that she say something about it. Maybe we should all do that until she finally sees it or decides to stop ignoring it. There's also the Ki m'aime me suive site and RCA or Sony.
I just think, if they were going to cancel, shouldn't they actually tell people so they don't show up and get turned away? If they are going to, when? I don't think it is going to be canceled, especially if all the category 1 seats are sold (though yes, there are many many seats in the balcony too). Wouldn't hurt to send some more emails though and sound as terrified as you are.

Over the years I have had the benefit of having blades pierce through my spirit, each blade thrown by her who has given me so much. I have had the benefit of feeling every inch of my sanity bleed out through the wounds of the blades, I have had the benefit of feeling my faith shattered by the force of the edges, I have had the benefit of lying on the floor alone, crying or screaming in anger or sadness, with filth and rodents enceasing me and feeding on my rotting flesh as I feel mortality being pulled out from my body by every, single, blade, forced upon my heart, my mind, my very own being.
I have had the benefit of feeling pain through the joys, I have had the benefit of knowing her for long, I have seen my normality leave the vessels of my veins, I have witnessed what I have become, one who blessed me will be the one to obliterate my soul.
She might have thrown her final blade with this, for I feel nothing but anger, shame, and torment. Two days ago, I saw the sun rise and I grinned, I bathed in the radiance of our star and breathed the air of the trees' production, and now, I see nothing, just endless perplexion, I hear nothing, but the screams of pain, the voices of perdition in my head, reaching out to me ready to rip the skin off of my bones, ready to feed on me from the inside, ready to end whatever is left of me.
I look at the buildings of Paris, and I feel spite, I hear the language yelled in the streets, read the words on the signs and the stores, and my heart freezes as I stare with nothing but the never-ending bleakness of perception. I cannot go to Paris, I cannot stay in Paris, I cannot go to her concert, for that was the day I had planned so perfectly for my 2nd encounter with her, that was the day that was taken away, and now I dont want to see the city, I do not want to hear the people who walk by, I do not want to breathe the air of trees, I just want to watch things burn, as I recover from whatever hell i'm going through right now...

So, several people at least will still go? Does that mean you people do not plan to try to go in March? Do you no longer trust Alizée herself? Do you think she deceived us?
I don't know anything because there are only ever rumors. She's not making any friends by refusing to communicate. She has made many fans *in spite* of it. But, times change. It's bad enough to think they had poor sales. But to spin it like it was for the benefit of some Mexicans who apparently don't care how horrible a thing it is to do, that's just rotten. Alizée once said she feared the sharks in America. Well, she signed up with the sharks in France. It seems that they are ready to squeeze whatever quick cash they can get from her and then dump her. I've heard that that is pretty much the current business model in the music industry. But saying nothing to her fans, she's just letting us think she's down with it. Maybe RMJ is right and she is. What else should I think? There are reasons for things. Maybe I can believe those who come up with excuses, but even so, SAY SOMETHING for Lili's sake (oh can I use that anymore?). I'm waiting for her to issue a statement as we are begging her to do.

. . . she deceives no one!

9th October 2008, 08:13
If I was looking into her eyes, she could tell me and I would know that while I am so sad for this, for missing her concert for her not being able to have a concert, I could get past it and move on to the next time. I want to be an Alizée fan for many years and never think about an end. But I'm locked in the dungeon of separation and her general dis-inclination to communicate with me or fans in general even. The day she issues a statement to her fans and tells the frikin truth about this, her intentions, what might happen in the future, I have full faith that it is something that will make us believe in her goodness and maybe it would include something to give us hope for a future for her career. But otherwise we are left to think she will go to Mexico and they will be happy and not much more can be expected.
Before she returned, I was living on a dream and a faith that she would, she must return. Now she has and this is what it has come to. She's real and I've touched her - as recently as 4 months ago or so. But it seems like so long ago at the same time.
She has changed from how I originally found her. I have changed. But I can live with it and grow with her. I've come to appreciate much of her new style and had great times with every appearance and every word, except the sad ones in March and I guess any time she has expressed unhappiness. Those times don't even turn me away from her. But I am just so furious right now it's hard to finish what I want to say. So I need her. That is why I am a fan. I have not been a casual fan. I need her to give something to the fan community at least. I have thought about her every day for so long... Maybe that's why she lost so many fans in the past, because they couldn't bear the silence. Has she so quickly forgotten us too? If she were to even say when she would be away, I will be away for a while, probably back at such and such a time and let us even know what's going on when that time comes, I think I could bear it. It has been since the end of June that I've heard anything. We may completely believe in the sincerity of every word she has ever said, but I feel like if this goes unanswered she really can't be reasoned with, can't be convinced, can't be talked to with spoken words or written text. Yes, this is what has driven RMJ mad. She's as if on another world. Like a dream, not real.
When she answers I will feel better. It's not just me. It's not just RMJ. So many of us feel betrayed simply by the situation. She's not a "normal" every day average person. Such a person would say something to people showing such affection. This isn't the situation of some guy posting on her myspace, I love you be my friend email me. If she has changed that much even over just the last year that she's allowed herself to become so isolated from her true fans for whatever reason that she can't spare a thought put down for us, well, I am not declaring that my fandom is over even if she denies us this tiniest of requests. But, wow.
But wow, I've been around because of the hope of being able to connect with her. There I admitted it. I like her music and stuff, but not enough to think about her every day and follow her for month after month. I don't think I like music in general enough to inspire that. I am going to have a hard time liking any music for a while now.

I do agree that I will feel much better once we hear something from her. I too feel betrayed, not by Lili per say, but just...in general. As Im sure we all do. I too wait for her response.

Well, in my case it means that I HAVE TO go there because of more reasons. I simply don't have any other option.
BUT, I will try everything, to be able to go in March.

Haven't been here in awhile, but I got the e-mail about the postponement of the concert. Really sucks, especially if it's due, more or less, to low ticket sales. However, I'm probably one of the few who actually was glad that the concert was postponed--I absolutely have to be in Le Havre on the morning of Oct 24th to get my residence permit for France, and no trains leave from Paris early enough that morning to get there in time. I'll be in Paris Friday afternoon if people are still meeting up.

. . .maybe she may hear about it and see how loyal her american/ european fans really are!!!
She knows by now . . heaven knows she has met enough of them!
. . . and not even her hearing us play her songs in some bar ought to get her to change her mind; if something like that did, then I'D be pissed, after how it all has come down so far.
Who's going to feel like playing her music, when they feel left by the side of the road!?
too many posts . . too many "minds" . . . too many ideas . . we need to sit back and wait now. And if you all go to Paris, go for each other . . 'cause she's not going to be there.
I'm not saying anything else until I hear from her, she is the only one I trust. What's sad about it is that the Lili camp has put their foot in their mouths now. . .

Well, for me it's not about having fun, it's about meeting the other fans. Maybe I could and should save my plane tickets for something else, but I just can't bear the thought that they will go and I may never be able to use those tickets anyway for something that I want to do and might end up going alone to something just because I have them or letting them expire. Actually I still don't even know if I can change the dates. I am feeling nervous right now because I still don't want to spend a whole week traveling and being in Paris without Alizée. I am going to be sick about this a lot. I hope you other fans can cheer me up. But also maybe Alizée will say something or we can get in contact with someone and find something out at least.

If we don't all meet up sooner in the week then at least we should all plan to get together on the 23rd. Maybe do a little serenading to "Ms. Juliette"... Top Gun - She lost that loving feeling: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FlFzBYMAGj8 ;)

Well, from what I heard, it sounded like Alizée is not even in France right now [edit: guess that's not right]; so, if she's already not in France maybe we got the dates of that Lunas award wrong or maybe she's hiding out from the whole situation. Maybe they realize some people might go after her and got her outta there. So, I guess that's nothing more than anyone knew before anyway. I mean, some people I'm sure know where she lives and wow, if you ever wanted to provoke people to literally go pounding on your door, this was a good way to do it. So, maybe this is the one thing that could drive some of the French into working up a real fervor over Alizée, only in confusion and anger instead of loving devotion. The latter is so much nicer.

Uh, someone posted something about wanting to go there. I don't know that I'm particularly interested in that and I assume that's far away (on the coast?). One would have to get a train I guess. I'm sort of for the seeing of each thing once, but I'll still go along with whatever the crowd wants to do. I've seen more places from the outside than in. I suspect I'll not quite feel like going to any concerts though - just twisting the blade and all. Maybe some more cemeteries. just kidding
If we get some good ideas that we can agree on, like the 11am meeting (couldn't think of a better time), they should be put on the first page 'cause no one can keep track of stuff tossed into a thread like this. Well, only a few more days for some of you, eh?

Sounds good, but Normandie? :uh?: Well, it would be nice to visit that place, but I think it's a bit far ain't? And do we know how we would go there?
And if we would really go there, I would need to know how much it would cost. Because I'm not quite sure how much money I'll have to spend there. I think that I'll have about 500€ for everything (like food, traveling around there, some Lili stuff...)

nice idea. okay, I don't really know whether I would like to go to Disney Land (I was there as a child and it's so huge! you need more than one or two days to visit it all.) but I wouldn't like it do a "Lili Tour" like Sir Wood proposed it... I would make my really sad...

It's a good idea. But think that this park is to 45 km of Paris. with the RER to count approximately 1h30 of way. The tariffs and opening are the following: 10h00-19h00. 49 euros for 1 Day and 1 Park. 59 euros for 1 Day 2 park and 108 euros for 2 days. For me I am that 2 days in Paris, I had initially reserved for only the concert then arrived the 22 at 20:30 in Orly and return the 24 to 17:30.
PS: sorry for my english, but I speak don't Englisch. I make with internet translator.

Well EDisney isn't that huge really, its nothing like the American parks. I pretty much saw everything there in 2/3 days when I was over there.
Whether it is the "setting" for an AF meeting I don't know, as fleutice points out there is the cost factor to think about, plus the fact that many AF members are already situated near the grand rex.
Althou I guess in EDisney you have a chance of seeing Lili as she distances herself from the Rex ;)

Well, everyone was begging Alizée to come back after her break. I'm sorry if some fans don't ever get to fully appreciate her by going to see her in concert. But, she did come back. The great Alizée came back and made another album. She gave some of us another chance to see her and all of us another chance to enjoy her beautiful voice and share at least a little of her life.
And I think she'll at least make one more album. We're back to waiting for Alizée. It's hard, but stay tuned in. Speaking of which, we might actually see her http://www.mtvtr3s.com/ontv/dyn/los_premios/series.jhtml in about 4 hours for all I know.

Here is almost full group in front of Eiffel. Photo taken by some tourist :

Our dinner meeting that same night at Tex-Mex restaurant. Problem was to find a big enough restaurant but still cheap enough to fit everyone... The waitress' face was priceless when he asked me how many people are with me and I ask table for 16 people... (he actually went to ask another waitress if they can arrange that... but they did). So it was big table for us (all the people in photo are our group, except maybe the guy standing who is waitress I think.. all person aren't recognizeable since there wasn't really room to take that photo and not enough light).

Funny thing was that the girl waitress turned out to be Finnish... So we talked a bit (in Finnish) there and she was wondering why we had so big group together. And I told her everything about it. She was really nice during the night and was sorry about what happened to the fans.
Another thing we did in the restaurant was that we each of us (plus the missing few person did it later) wrote small message to Alizée. I had my Alizée notebook with me so we used that and wrote like 5 pages full of messages for Alizée. Finally, the next day I developed some of these group photos and yesterday evening I went to meet Alizée. Unfortunately she wasn't in the city, so I had to leave the letter to her mailbox. But she'll get it once she gets back home, maybe got it already. But should get anyways before she goes to Mexico.

Wow, looks like a great time. Hopefully you guys wrote the notes in French and not your native tongues, that would be awfully confusing for her.
Who's the guy in the top photo in the far left? He has like a 1000 yard stare and looks like he could play James Bond in a movie.
RMJ
25th October 2008, 15:43
The messages to Alizée are in French, English and German. Even if she can't read them all, she'll get the point that we care about her. And Jérémy can always translate the English messages to her.
Most important is that she got them. I really wanted to give them to her personally but it couldn't be done last night. So I had to do the second best thing and drop it to their mailbox. It's still directly to her, no-one else (except Jérémy) can get in hold of that letter so she got it 100% sure.

RMJ: many thanks for conveying the messages to Alizée. I hadn't realized it would have gone to her that directly. And anyway her mailbox is OK for that.
Brian: even though I haven't read everybody's contribution, I think they made a personal but nice comment; we were among gentlemen and women, and who would spoil this unique opportunity to have a message read by her with words of resentment?
That was good to meet all the people who could come.
I realize how little I know of all I met. One day was so short... That was only a beginning.

kinda scary it went to her private mailbox

26th October 2008, 14:47
Yeah, just to clear few things about that letter. It was all nice messages and supporting her. I gave it to her in private as I wanted to avoid all her management and official stuff that basicly is cutting out all the fans at the moment.
I thought about weeks if I should go anywhere near there but finally, the day after the concert, I decided I will do it this one time. I have kept away for years but I finally broke my own rules and went there just for that letter.
I originally wanted her neighbour to give it to her (I didn't want to go really inside the building) but that didn't work out as she wasn't at home, so at the end I decided that I'll just drop it to her mailbox and she'll get it when she gets back home.
She knows anyways that I know everything so it's not really surprise for her when she gets it. Well, she doesn't expect it but she knows it might happen. Although, it's not gonna happen any time soon again. That's for sure.
Anyways, the letter just shows that we are always with her. No matter what happens.
Even if we are angry or sad or whatever for the things that happened, we stand by her. We care about her. Very much.

Hi! I'm home again, after 6 days in Paris. I'm happy because i met you and i'm sorry because i couldn't spend so much time with you. I lived with my best friend and her father and they were so nice with me, they had lots of plans for the weekend so we had almost everytime something to do. Thanks for showing me that Alizee store and Trocadero and that ugly building :P You are very funny and sorry if i said or did something not really ok. i hope we'll meet again in march. I'm not even 30% sure that i'll come, but who knows?

Roman
26th October 2008, 19:26
Well, RCS and I got to check out a bit of Roissy today as we got to the airport too late and there was a huge line for check-in. So, we missed the plane. It "only" cost me a few hundred dollars to reschedule for tomorrow and get a hotel room up here. Yeah, know how to get there and get there a couple hours early like they say. Hey, maybe like a certain other person we'll see Alizée at the airport. What day is she leaving for Mexico?
Well, live and learn and just keep truckin.

Finally returned to consciousness after a looong flight home.
GGIN and I were the last to write our messages to Alizée and thank you for hunting us down RMJ. All the messages were nice, I said something like Paris was wonderful but not as wonderful as seeing her perform live and I thanked her for the joy she has given me. I hope messages like that don't bother her (if she actually reads them)
Thanks to all the other fans for being so nice. Paris was great, I already miss the city and I would go back anytime. In the picture with us in front of the Eiffel, I'm the old fart kneeling on the far right. I'm wearing a Jung designed t-shirt with RainbowAlizée ©RMJ on the back. Thanks Jung.
Oh, I almost forgot. While riding on the Metro with Dana (and everybody else) she said I sounded like a cowboy  what a cutie!
