I found the current 3.6.8 language file and installed it.

You can download it from http://www.vbulletin-russia.com/
In archive you find:
images - russian buttons
includes - russian config and error messages (i think you don't need this)
install\install_language_en.php - ru lang for install script (i think you don't need this)
install\upgrade_language_en - ru lang for update script (i think you don't need this)
install\vbulletin-adminhelp.xml - ru admin help ( for v3.5 and v3.6). You may have only one version for admin help, so .. ;)
install\vbulletin-language_ru.xml - main lang file. just upload it in Admin CP \ Languages & Phrases \ Download / Upload Languages

Я бы хотел быть модератором, но мне кажется это займет некоторую часть моего рабочего времени. А выходить в интернет я могу только с работы. Но если я могу чем-то помочь, то я с удовольствием.
I would like to be moderator, but it seems to me it will take a part of my working time to do this. It's not good for me as I can enter Internet on my work place only. But it will be a pleasure for me to help in something.
