Silent Hill the movie!

The movie of a game Silent Hill is coming to teathers soon.

I'm expecting this movie to be "first good" gamemovie..

why?
well, all the gamemovies that has been released last few years sucked, that was because, the games were good yes, but only because it was fun to play these games. But movies are different, you can't "play" movies... so that's why they sucked because these games are not ment to be a movie with a good storyline or interesting characters.

But Silent Hill is different, i've been playing all of them (except the last one), and i can say; I don't play SH because i can kill many zombies/humans. I play them because it really has excellent story, very interesting character's and such as, even the musical score of the games are something... amazing.

awesome, silent hill 1 on ps1 was one ofte gtratest game i´ve ever played... so, i wait like crazy for movie :D

anyway, Super Mario Bros. The Movie was released in 1993, i have it but it´s not watched yet :)

i watched trailer now, and what can i say... WOW... god damn WOW, it is silent hill, it is real silent hill... but, beginning was different, there was woman who got husband, and police went later, she didn´t saw her if she was driving... in first episode of game was main character a man who got daughter and who´s wife was dead... anything else was same... anyway, some monsters were from Silent Hill 2... of course, it´s a movie not a videogame, but i really reccomend to play and complete that game before you´re going to watch this movie...

anyway, for fans and guys who have completed Silent Hill 1,2

does movie have multiply endings, lol

Still, I love survival horror games. My favorite one is of course, Resident Evil ... I think I'll check out for Silent Hill, the movie.

I suggest that you as well as everyone here avoid all movies made by Uwe Boll. Hes the guy trying to turn games into movie but he sucks so hard at it. I mean, he was the guy who brought us the shit that is House of the Dead and his latest movie out in theatres right now is Blood Rayne. Seriously, we all know that videogame movies generally aren't all that great but this guy seems like hes actually trying to ruin videogame.

1.- The monsters are not to convincent (the four leg ones and Pyramid Head)
2.- It has the story of SH1, the monsters of SH2 and the main character of SH3 (which I like) :cheesy:

Overall it looks very true to the series(not like RE) :evil:

He is simply too buff looking to be Agent 47. Agent 47 is a normal size and quite man with skill, kind of person no one will notice if u walking down a street. And he has the sense of coolness there just by standing there, vin diesel in my mind always been those loud guys in action movies always yelling and shooting random stuff. Plus i never liked any of his movies. The one with him being a guy who can see in the dark, that movie is to me one of the worse movie ever made. So, bad choice of him being Agent 47 one of the coolest game character there is.
