The song is just the audio from her JPVA @ hit machine performance. I reencoded it with mp3 audio which shrunk the overall size from 145MB to 100MB. I think I just used some weird codec that no one else has so now it's in mp3 and I will test it at school and then upload it there.

Btw, the audio format is: Ulead DV Audio (0x0216)
Not very common format (I don't have codec for it either). You prolly have some Ulead hardware or software you got it with.

Ofc you know JPVA is what I'm all about.
Yeah sorry about that. I used Ulead Media Center Pro for editing and since I used Divx 5 for the video output I didn't even think about the sound since it worked for me. The new one is 192bit MP3 so I think it'll work for anything. :mrgreen:

I would like to but I'll be gone in CA for the whole of vacation and won't have time to go it. Maybe next quarter when I have time I'll whip one up for JEAM because ACC would be too hard since she really doesn't do a dance per se. I'll probably try that later. I think I'll also try my hand at something for VVV if I find the time and decide on what clips to use.

I agree! One of the major reasons I made it was to share with a friend of mine who studied French and did a two-week-long school trip to France and is obsessed with the France now. This video is just Alizee-overload and I knew he would have no choice but to love it. :wink:

Yeah I tried to get the first drum scene in but it didn't work out well with how the other videos had their scenes begin and end right there. I almost accidentaly skipped over the second one when I was editing but luckily it fit. I just had to include it.

If you are talking about the writting on the video like the logos and intrusive lettering etc, you can use "dvd lab pro/edit studio pro" to take out those logos and make excellent vids. When I get build my new comp in the new year . . . muahahahaha . . . I can take full advantage of these programs . . . *squints eyes while twisting imaginary mustache*

I have all her major videos in HD 1080i for wide screen. I am in the process of doing some more . . . also with 16-32bit sound so the speakers won't rattle when you pump up the vol. I am doing this in preparation for the Video I am making. When you make a vid (edit and encode it) the files have to be the same frame rate and the same aspect ratio, or you will get choppy vid playback. Try to use videos with identical settings/formats etc.

Something is wrong :? when I play it with Windows Media Player 10 it crashes(only for that video) anyone else having this problem? Its up to date, now I can only watch it with VLC Player, help appricated.

I'm downloading the one that's uploaded right now and will tell you how it works (it may have been corrupted on the server, I don't know) but the one I have on my computer from before works great in WMP, MPC, PowerDVD...

wmv is a video format so Im going to assume you meant windows media player. VLC player is better then Windows media player simply because you don't have to download or go through the hassle of finding specific codecs just to play different types of videos. And, at least to me, VLC is much faster and stable then wmp

Okay guys I had some time last night so I decided to make a few modifications to my JPVA compilation video:
-I made all of the clips widescreen format so it doesn't switch back and forth from widescreen to fullscreen
-Stretched or changed certain clips to make a few parts of the dance line up better
-Encoded it at a higher bitrate and quality
-fixed the aspect ratio (view in MPC with "touch window from inside")

It's basically better than the old one in every way.

Well... Now when we started the conversation of this... I have had ACC vid on process last two years. :) Or well, there's very little actual video done but the script is about ready and some 3d modeling and image editing done. But I don't know if I ever gets it ready because it's not limited only to the material that exists of her... But I miss also some material that doesn't even exists. :( And that's the biggest problem... But I'm working on it... Might take few more years to reach the required level on organic modeling... and to get the missing live footages...

It's supposed to be second version of ACC music video. Not compilation of performances, tho. (There's absolutely nothing wrong with the first, official, version! But I'd just like to see my own version of it...)

It's life time project, but I don't care. It's fun to plan and done and maybe I get it ready someday. Maybe I get rough cut to show you if I go to Italy in couple years. :)

I am thinking of starting the vid with an Ocean scene where the water rushes in and out of the beach . . . and the time of day will probably have to be set near dusk when the sky begins to change to darkness all the way to full darkness: the moment I want to catch will be when the sky is separated in 2: near the setting sun you will see the day’s sky and the other half of the sky will begin to show stars . . . I love such scenery . . . I will shoot the video with my own HD camera, and the video, will be true HD quality

Yeah, it ought to be the most easily downloadable file... just as simple as loading a picture or otherwise. My sig is in almost exactly the same place except that it has .jpg instead of .avi at the end. Good luck. Message me if you need any help.

Why do you need images of Alizée to make a great video?

I have seen several videos posted here with images of Alizée arranged with tunes from other artists.
Why not illustrate an excerpt from a movie using Alizée's tunes?

If I am stubborn enough to complete the job, my first video will be based on this idea. Alizée will be there also on the screen, but very discrete.

If anybody has problems playing the video: VLC player works fine.
