very nice. Really like it's hairs, eyes and nose! The nose especially isverywell drawn. It's sometimes tricky to get right. But I think the face is slighly too long. The eyes are pretty but I think they should have stronger upper eyeslashes.

May I ask what the hell is proper drawn art? How can art been drawn properly? It is art for gods sake. Each and every piece of art is unique! How it's technically done is totally irrelevant. If you wish to scratch it to your rooms window with stone then do so. If you wish to draw it with pencil to paper then do so. If you wish to draw it on computer then do so! Each and everyone is equally good method. Each is unique. Only important thing is what the artists feels.

I knew very well what you ment. That's why I answered in the first place. Why is computer graphic 'so-called art'? It is art as much as anything else. Computer is just tool as is pen. Either one does not create art without artist. And for the result, it's irrelevant which is used.

What's sad in that? Do you not like art? HOw is oil painting different from digital painting? I assume you don't like digital photographics either?

Why future? Computers has been used to create art since their very beginning and will be always used.

There is different between Computer Graphics and Computer Generated Image.

What you do with photoshop isn't CGI. It's is generated by the artist not by the computer.

Raw computer render is CGI. But CGI becomes art when you see the big image behind it. 3D rendered isn't necessary art as is but the setup and the scene of it makes it art. Or when you touch the render and make it personal. Editing and directing of 3D rendered film makes it art. Bowl of fruits isn't art. But if you have set it up certain way it becomes art.

I don't know what Disney has done so I cannot comment on it. But I'm sure you don't see the big picture if you judge it by the method it is done. You don't see behind those graphics. Byt maybe they have gone wrong way. Maybe they forgot the story and concentrated on pretty graphics. Hollywood does that all the time.

Sig designing is art as anything else. As is creating web layout. Or making christmas card for your mom. Or drawing weird one eyed monster and putting it in sig.

Nothing beats the power of the pencil. I prefer hand drawing with traditional media over anything done with a mouse. Digital art while can be cool, lacks that certain...i don't know...soul, the human touch, the intimacy between the artist and his tool. It's humanism issue.

but hey, if u like all this digital, CGI, good for you.CGI can look really horrible, but this isn't CGI at all. There's no 3d megatexturing modelling crap, this is just me and my brush. It just happens that my brush is on a computer and not on a piece of paper.
