Does Alizée Smoke?

When i read Quentin's story ( it's a story so not real ) he was telling about her morning ritual.Coffee and a cigaret

that reminded me of the fact,that nobody ever thought about her smoking or ever seen her smoking.Who knows if she smokes,or don't.I never seen pictures of her where she smokes...

i know she sometimes drinks

I can't say for sure that's a cigarette in her dad's hand in the first pic, but it definitely looks like her mom is smoking in the second. None of this actually means that Alizée herself smokes, of course. But I'm just saying, don't throw out your own assumptions as if it were fact.

In several places in the US it is now illegal to smoke within a number of feet of a door, etc. The worst was when there were smoking and non-smoking sections on airplanes. The air was recirculated and the seating area was enclosed.

When I was refereeing soccer games I could smell smoke out in the middle of the field. I don't understand athletes and singers who smoke.

I would like to confirm what I know about the smoking issue and having a baby and raising him/her. There are many opinions among scientists about the effect of smoking during pregnancy. Some of them say that there aren't any, the same way others say that there are some or many. Drinking may have a big effect on it. They even prooved them.
When it comes to smoking the effects could be refered to the breathing problems the baby may have during mother's pregnancy. Many specialists forbid smoking during pregnancy. But actually it is a problem of one's organism (how the body can respond to that). My mother was smoking during her pregnancy with me, and I am completely healthy (and was too, and probably will be).
But yes, it is a bad habit no matter how many smokers there are and will be, and we can't deny that. It looks bad and will always, and yes would be a shock if we would ever find out that Alizée had been smoking and/or is still. Although I, myself vehemently refuse to believe that.

I can perfectly understand what you are saying, but remember that all those girls/women who find smoking somewhat attractive, they are beautiful on the outside (only the ones that know how to take care of themselves) and in the inside they are filthy, dirty, ugly etc.
Now some or many of us (it depends on occasions and persons) learned to see inner beauty better and to put it above the outer one. Which is good, for us, because it is the real essence of one's person (the personality, the character, the soul).
Like I said, if that girl is smoking means one certain thing, that we must take in consideration, that she is weak. A strong woman/girl knows how to overcome those weaknesses. And that woman, and I strongly believe, is Alizée.

Yeh exactly. Most of the cute girls smoke or drink or they left you after 5 days. Nowdays its very hard to have a girlfriend who will marry you and be with you forever and that she wont smoke.

In my opinion even the simple cigarettes and alcohol are addictive drugs. But of course not as much as alcaloid drugs such as morphine, heroin, cocaine etc.
They do give a certain amount of addiction, though.
But this addiction part is how every person percepts and resists it (how they respond to it, both biologically and psychologically).

They correlates with drinking almost perfectly. Only small portion of the raw coffee is used for other than making coffee for drink.

But here is some coffee consumption stats for you if importing isn't what you believe:

Tho you could have digged consumption stats from ICO's site, too. But it's bit messy site and the stats are well hidden.

Finland has been number one in statistics many years now but in general, it's all the scandinavian countries that are on top of the list.

It also correlates economical health in Scandinavian countries. For example early/mid 90s when Scandinavia had bad economical slack (not sure if that's right word...) the coffee consumption dropped dramatically in Scandinavia. The slack hit worst Finland and conincidently (?) our coffee consumption also dropped the most.

But even then it stayed above European average. One can always live without food but not without coffee... You'll understand it if you ever visit Finland or any other scandinavian country. Coffee keeps this country running.

Dont think you quite got what I meant, those figures are for imported coffee, so yea Finland does import alot, second behind Norway by the looks of it. Places like Brazil import nothing, they produce about 30-40% of the worlds coffee. What you need to prove Finns drink the most coffee is consumption data, not what a country imports. Although getting accurate figures would be hard for countries that grow there own.

I know New Zealand imports quite bit per-head of population, though i cant find than thing on the web to back that up! :D

I have about 5 cups a day, espresso and instant. Wakes me up in the morning and keeps me going at night!! :P

Of course Brazil and other exporters doesn't import coffee. But they don't consume it very much either. They don't have the coffee drinking culture like, for example, Europeans has.

But if comparing for example European countries, which none of them produces coffee, import stats correlates quite well with consumption figures.

Drinking is not always bad. Drinking a few wine is good. The doctors here say that if you drink half or one glass of wine with the food every day (Mediterranean way of living :D ), is good for your heart and your health. And I know here people that drink a glass of wine every day reaching the age of 80s and 90s without having any health problems.
Of course drinking a lot is very very bad. :)

You believe interviews too easily. It could be true, but it's just as likely it's not when it comes to something like smoking. She has to set an example for the little children in those interviews, it doesn't do much good as a young adult or adult to listen to those interviews.
