As the head of the topic says.Do you have a MP3-Player/I-pod or whatever where you can listen songs? And what are the songs that are always on it.I really want to know what songs you really like.Yes we also have a topic about what are you playing @ the moment, but that doesn't include this whole list.
I have an MP3-player ( 80 USD/77 Euro ) and these are the songs that always stand on it:
Alizée - Gourmandises ( always stands first! )
Alizée - L'Alizée ( thanks for the high quality !!! )
Alizée - Je pas vingt ans
Alizée - I'm not twenty
Alizée - Moi...Lolita
Alice DJ - Better of Alone

I have much Alice DJ :) that was the music all "Dunke bilar" played in the 90's.
And my mp3 player is in bottom of the "things I'm gonna have use for later" pile.
Edit: Never Alice DJ on a mp3player...
You need a BIG sub to appreciate that music.

i have cd player with a alizee cd in it and rechargeables that last me a month with charging it :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :D :D
I can't imagine walking down the street and NOT listening to music. Everyone should get themselves an ipod. Preferably for free. Or if not then at least an mp3 player. For free...
If you can choose between hearing car noises and bird songs or listening to your favorite singers and bands then I guess the choice isn't hard to make.

Do they like your Alizée music?
Good question, he is from and English-speaking country. I have in-ear buds so basically it has to be pretty loud for anyone to hear it.

I have one of those mini mp3 players. Its from iriver and unfortunately it only holds 128 mb of music. Personally I think mp3 players are alittle too expensive but luckily for me, I found this right outside my house on the walkway. 8) THose crazy kids and there "runnings"

Tim just got an mp3 player, thought you all might like to know.OMG great news. Thanks man. Translation please.
I've had a normal CD player for years, maybe if I can stop myself buying Alizée things I'll buy an MP3 player.
Or... What's easiest to use on a bike?

Definitely an MP3 player/iPod.. much smaller than a CD player, battery lasts longer, and there's no possibility of it "skipping."
I meant wich of the 2 is best to use ;o
What is really the difference between the 2? All I really need is space to put my Alizée and Metallica, nothing more. So wich is best for that?

An MP3 is smaller and can't store so much.An I-pod let you play all kinds of files, while a MP3 player only plays .mp3 files
For Alizée and Metallica i should choose MP 3

Well if it's between just an iPod and MP3 player, under your given circumstances.. (Just 2 bands.. whose total official songs is only 128) I'd go with the MP3. MUCH less expensive (Though make sure you get one with at least 700 MB.. 130 songs is around there.
gaston_alizee
12th July 2005, 02:25
Well, I'd say an iPod if you include remixes...
D13U
12th July 2005, 02:33
Well, yeah.. but there's like 10000000 of those.. you'd need several iPods.

I now have the Bose system for my iPod so I can play music from there instead of my laptop, what's great about these mp3 players and everything is there are no moving parts
I plan on getting the Alpine deck with the touch slide+iPod connection for my car soon.

Except for the iPod's internal harddrive. :P But flash-based players don't.
Are there any MP3 players with 8gig? That's about how much I need for both if I added every song. >_o
I assume Creative is the brand to go?

I have an mp3, dont plan to go ipod, dont really see the point? Who cares if it can hold a 1000 songs. Who listeins to that many in between computer sessions?? no one so whats the point when you will probably change your songs most times you go on a computer. hope that made sense?? lol
But to be honest once you have a car there isnt much need for a mp3 or what ever!! Just spend the money on a good sound system!!

That doesn't make much sense... It's not like (many) cars have built in MP3 players.. The best you can do is the radio or CDs/cassettes. If you have an MP3 player and a cassette player in your car, then you can play your MP3s with a special adapter. Getting a car makes it seem to me all more the reason to get an MP3 player/iPod.

I ment playing cds in your car, just easier to make up a mix cd before you head out. I think anyway :)
