well, knowing ebay.. people can sell stuff and claim them to be originals, and there is nothing you can do about it. ( If you don't go through the ebay protection )

Anyway, reasons for people selling them, They must be broke, or need some cash. Simple really. I wouldnt be buying that anyway, but i don't think anyone in thier right mind would pay that sort of money unless there is some sort of certificate of authenticity.

I think it is worth spending money on that (assuming those are the originals) because it is a piece of history,especially for us-for me it is piece of Alizee's history,piece of Her life and also part of my life-one of its best parts :mrgreen: !!.Imagine yourself being 70-80 years old and holding these in your hands.Then you'll experience your whole youth again! 450 Euros, works out as £298.00 In UK that is less than a weeks wages. I don't know what the average wage is here, but its close to around £350.00 per week. I make alot more thsn that, i can easily afford it, but i don't want to waste my money.

Like you said, 450 euros might be fine if you live over there, as prices vary. I find the USA a very cheap place to live. If i sold my house, i could buy about 10 houses in california, all with swimmingpools, and still have a stack left. Not to mention, the cars over there are like half price compared to UK.

So yeah, no one can really judge income from another country, because prices are so different. 8)

If there is no certificate of authenticity, it's probably not best to buy it. It's too risky an investment. For me, this would cost me 360 to 540 USD assuming it does not go any higher, but if it's fake, that's money lost.

For me, it's "accept no substitutes."

As the Single of MoiLolita was sold for the 10000time, then she got silver.

It also depends on the country. E.g. in France Moi Lolita could get e.g. to diamond status,e.g. in Poland - only silver. I think it's probable that people who worked on the single get the CD.

yes, ebay is a great company indeed. I don't know what id do withought it.. As long as you pay with Paypal, you don't have a problem. Paypal looks after the buyer and not the seller. Ive had lots of legal issues with Paypal and Ebay, they are great!!

well, nothing really. Sometimes i sell stuff, and i don't get payed. Or, they claim it never arrives, so i have to contact ebay, then contact paypal, photocopy lots of stuff, send them away, phone paypal up talk to them, and so on untill its sorted out. The legal issues have just been with MGM, but that was down some strange person in the usa, who wanted to to cause trouble over something so small. In the end, it was cool. MGM, paypal and ebay are great.

I think it's more psychological....
If you , for instance, want to bid on something, and say "1000 euros is my max" then somebody could think: well there's nobody that wants to bid more than 1000, and he puts an auto-bid for 1010 and hopes that will be the max.
So, next time don't bid with a "round" amount, and say , well if i want it for 1000 euro's it might as well be 1050. So add a little bit extra to your bid.
It helps. I've had some nice things this way.

then a day later, this guy bidded 10.010,00 on the 03-juil.-05 16:53:03.

So you had 4 seconds to bid, then take the time for the page to refresh, there is no way really mot could have won. If i was as dedicated as you, i would have maybe used my snipe tool. It keeps bidding a few Euros more than the other user, so he can never win it. So, you don't need to watch the auctions.

This is my theory: All 3 discs were bought by thesame person. And I don't know any fan (besides me), who would spend 2000 euro on 3 Alizée things. My guess is a family member of Alizée bought them, and asked the seller to remove all the discs. I don't see any other reason.
