I love the alizee designed jet! Here it is giving the citizens of Melbourne, Aust a lovely low speed pass! Anyone else got this model and got a screen shot of it flying past their place?

Hey mate,
Yeah, Eureka tower is well underway, but it was commenced after fs2004 was released! It's just a screen shot from flight sim. They actually improved some of the landmarks around melb in this version. That one is from my laptop, so some of the detail is turned down.

Hey Kenny,
I did the screen shot but i didn't make the plane! I downloaded that from somewhere on the alliance (i think there was a link to it here somewhere in an old discussion). So my bit was easy!! 8)

Have looked that way in every fs games.

Awesome mordecai!
Yeah, i was flying pretty low past the old tower, but i can assure you that no Parisians or Tourists (or the beautifuly designed AOM jet) were harmed in the making of my screen shots!!!

Maybe I make a movie clip instead :cheesy:
cuz in every version of Combat Flight Simulator I used to fly under a bridges and stuff to get rid of the enemty, they always suck and crash :D. In BFVM I could (or maybe I still can) do a roll with the choppers :). So maybe I can do some nice stuff with this plane to :D:D:D

Yeah, I'm on my laptop on the moment and will be for another week or so while I finish my rotation for uni away from home. But as soon as I get back i have a nice saitek hotas setup for maximum plane control! 8)
From the little I have played with this plane on a keyboard though, the flight model seems a bit too forgiving and powerful. I put it into a slow stall with throttle at about 10% all flaps extended and let it drop for a bit. As soon as I gunned it up to 100% again, without dipping the nose, it was out of the stall! This is a fighter jet manouever - not a civil airliner!!! :?
Cool fun though!

It will be more impressive if you can create an image of the plane flying over Ajaccio, Alizée's hometown.

Do they have a particular land mark there which would identify it?
I will certainly do that when I get home on my proper computer and am exam free (only 2 more days!!) :cheesy:

I doubt that there are any tall buildings in Ajaccio. But here's an aerial view of Ajaccio:

And now, where can I download the skin?? :D:D
But to fly over Ajaccio you could use the longtitude and latitude.

Hey,
sorry, and to prevent any further misinterpretation:
As good as he may be, even a pilot can get his routines mixed up,
just because she's on board. ( argument for more women pilots? )
I am a frequent FlightSimulator flyer and its great to approach Ajaccio
airport in my all time favourite DC3 saying "hi honey, I'll be home in a
minute", pretending that Air Traffic Control gives me a list of groceries
to buy for dinner.
If she was a pilot, naturally she would be the best!
Happy landings... :prop:

That rocks!! Who put Alizée's jet in the game?

27th June 2005, 03:10
In flight sim you can download thousands of aircraft (and paint jobs) and fly them within the game. It's not for everyone because there's nothing to shoot at, but it's good fun for people who enjoy flying, and a great training aid for those of us who are trying to get our PPL's (private Pilot's Liscence)...but where I am, its VERY expensive!
...I'm waiting a couple of years for when i'm a doc, then all i have to do is some rural outreach clinics and it's Tax write off city!!! :cheesy:
-----------
My obsession with this plane grows- i finally tracked down a model of it for a reasonable price - 20Euros including postage to Australia from some guy in Europe, can't remember exactly where.
Now all I have to do is wait for it to arrive - how exciting!
I love the way that Alizee is involved with aviation in some way - two great loves of my life coming together!!!

I think I'll grab FS2004 from one of my friends and try out the plane. BTW are there landmarks around (like the Eiffel Tower, etc)?? I usually like to do stunts with planes and what better way to do it then in Paris 8)
