From "MF and you", an interview with the former photographer and guitarist of Alizée in connection with manufacture from the shoe of the album "My Electrical currents". A new sketch carried out by Mylene Farmer is also present. You will see finally how Mylene draws Alizée! This drawing is really nice! Also a short article devoted to the birth of Anny-Lee appears there, as well as the account of a fan of Mylene having met Alizée.

'MF et vous' is an official Mylene mag, so count this as further confirmation of the Anny-Lee name!

Yeah, because the animators of that video based their animation on Mylène's own drawings. Pretty cool, if you ask me. And so is the sketch. :)

Who would have thought all these years on that such a simple sketch on a little piece of paper would be viewed by so many, or spread so far across the world! Awesome age we live in!

Ooh nice, any chance we can get that in XXL for next week?
Notice how the nidalizee thing is gone from the corner. Either it was a fake "copyright" message as it usually is, or ternuc has been busy with "removing stuff" from pics. http://img24.echo.cx/img24/9902/tongue4fm.gif

I like the pic, generally. But Mylène could really use some drawing lessons from Alizée if she wants to continue with pictures.

Sadly she hasn't and aeroplane any longer. It was painted back to the normal airline colors some years ago.

It is expensive giving the size of the damn thing lol. Waste of money! It would be better to buy a model of the plane ( AIRFIX ) and make the plane up yourself with the glue ect.. then paint it.

Nah, skrew university  here's a first draft. I'll do the rest later but there's something missing from them. They both start in the middle of a sentence.

http://img73.echo.cx/img73/7185/mfetvousbreve7tx9wb.th.jpg (http://img73.echo.cx/my.php?image=mfetvousbreve7tx9wb.jpg):

Alizée mother!

The young singer has given birth, in the night of 28 and 29 of april, to her first child, a small girl named Anny-Lee. She has been known to be pregnant for the ex-star-academy member Jérémy Chatelain. We wish all the best for the two young parents. Indiscret indicators have also told us that no, there were no problems between Alizée and the tandem Farmer/Boutonnant! The young singer hopes to continue her artistique route. She is said to be close with Jenifer and Maxime Nucci, and Alizée would now be negociating with Nicola Sirkis from the band Indochine (a rumor to be verified, which will find it's way into our new topic "Gossips", a column for rumors and such!)

And the interview:
http://img73.echo.cx/img73/9076/mfetvous20ka5pl.th.jpg (http://img73.echo.cx/my.php?image=mfetvous20ka5pl.jpg)

Exclusive interview with Philippe Bouley
Philippe Bouley, photographer and guitarist of Alizée (see MF et vous number 3), confided to us for a long time, in a case of a beautiful present he has reserved for us, an original sketch by Mylène.
Interviewer Maxime Le Men, illustrations Collection Philippe Bouley

Picture text: The sketch was made by Mylène herself to explain Philippe her idea of a giant shoe for MCE album. We tell you the reproduction below. Exclusively!

This sketch by Mylène that you offer to the readers of Mylène Farmer et vous is a very nice present. It represents the giant shoe from the album Mes courants électriques. We want to know everything!
Unfortunately I don't have many things to say about this idea of a shoe, only that the idea is Mylène's and that the idea is effectively a part of Mylène's drawing. Laurent told me about this idea of a big shoe with Alizée sitting on top well before the photo-shoot. He had told me about the existence of this drawing but I couldn't see it. At the time, the priority was at the recordings of guitars for MCE. Some months later, in a photo studio at the edge of Paris, a giant shoe was made. I asked Mylène and Laurent if I could see this mysterious drawing, but there was no drawing! Few minutes later, Mylène came back with this very small drawing she had made in a hurry on a piece of paper. It's a replica of this famous and mysterious original drawing.

When and in what occasion did you meet Mylène Farmer, and Laurent Boutonnat for the first time?
I've met Mylène for the first time on a private project of the clip "Plus grandir" where Laurent had recommended me, ie. some years ago, I wasn't twenty at the time either. When it comes to Laurent, I've known him from my childhood...We have a blood relation. At the time of the publication of "Maman a tort", I was a guitarist-composer in a rock band, and with the help of Laurent, I was able to record in a studio "Le matin calme" with Jean-Claude Déquéant (the composer of "Libertine" for those who know). And from that day on, we've stayed in artistic contact.

How have you apprehended the universe of Alizée?
It's really a typical question from a journalist, frankly, I say nothing about it.

In your opinion, how has this young girl experienced the enormous succes she has had? Has she been enough supported?
That would have to be asked from her, in any case for me it ressebles more a dream then a nightmare, wouldn't you agree? And with Mylène and Laurent, the cake had a beautiful cherry. (I guess in english it would be something like "the cake had a beautiful frosting", I dunno)

How have the photo sessions gone with her? Can you remember any special little stories?
I was an exclusive photographer for my little Lolita. My girl, and I've become the official photographer of the first little french Lolita, with hudreds of appearances in multiple magazines, posters, cards and CD's...That's my particular story, which is not at all a story for me.

On our first contact you spoke of a photo session Alizée had made with a famous german photographer in 2000 and that had been a fiasco. Did it happen with Ellen von Unwerth? What was wrong with these first photos?
Is there no deontology with the artists? Why give a name? In no way was this persons talent to be blamed. For Laurent, Alizée didn't have the wanted image, that's all.

You have played the guitars for Alizée's second album, Mes courant électriques. Did Laurent want a musical change after Gourmandises or did he hope to guard the same "athmospere?"
I would say that he wanted just a musical evolution. Alizée was 18 years old, he only wanted to keep this in mind.

Did you get the chance to give your musical suggestions or propositions, or were the things decided in advance by Laurent?
Laurent gave me a blank paper for the guitars and I was the first to record on these directions. I had to rerecord the guitars of JPVA and Youpidou after the first attempts with Alizée's voice, to better match with her tone.

How did the recording session go? Was Laurent very directive? Did Mylène assist regularly in the sessions? Did Alizée have anything to say? In short, how did these sessions go day by day?
The sessions were made in Laurent's personal studio. Laurent is an artist, therefore he is very directive, when he likes, he adores and when he doesn't like, he hates. In all, he allready knew my work well. Laurent's studio is a "castle studio" not a "home studio", so the day by day can't be day by day.

Do you keep contacts with Laurent, Mylène or Alizée (or all three)?
Laurent of course...

Are you following Mylène's comeback with her single "Fuck them all" and what do you think about it?
Yes of course, but with the music of Laurent, I'm afraid I'm not objective enough.

Do you have a more personal artistic project now, musical or photographic?
I am in a studio at the moment preparing a 10-title-album with Roxelane. Roxelane does the texts and I do the musics. The project will be presented in the labels in automn and will most likely have a releasing date in 2006.

Sorry for all the mistakes and I agree the english isn't exactly fluent but hope you understand even some of it. If there's something to fix, fix it.

Good job, Prometheus.

(I guess in english it would be something like "the cake had a beautiful frosting", I dunno)

I think it could be "Mylène and Laurent put the frosting/icing on the cake". Something along those lines.
