Tip to make yousendit.com links last longer

picked this up on another forum - apparently if you type http://anonym.to/? immediately b4 the link you are able to download where the link would otherwise have expired (I think the normal limit is 10 downloads), e.g

http://anonym.to/?http://s8.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=7215CE3D0F56A6D328683E2C345DB9

I've not tested this myself, but it allegedly gives about 7 days of unlimited downloads. Pretty nifty, huh? Post here if it works or doesn't work.

Use only the link that was generated by YouSendIt and mailed to the recipient. All other links will not be recognized.


I wonder how they can handle all the traffic. Probably they sell the email addies to the mafia.

that link I posted in the first post I just made up - it isn't meant to lead to anything. I tried using this with a valid yousendit link and I didn't get that message, but I did get a file transfer limit exceeded message - so you probably have to use it within that first 7 days or so.
