Hi all ... I just registered here today (been reading here for quite a while tho).

I first discovered Alizée on the forums of a online game called 'World War II Online'. A lot of the guys there really liked her a lot, and I quickly developed an obsession. Ever since then I have been hooked :)

Hi ho guyes!

After weeks of enjoying your forums I just felt I had to take part of the discussions :)

Found my way here, and to Alizée, after watching through all the top-100 google videos one boring evening.
I seldome start to like people from their looks but Alizée was, as I guess most of you here think, something special. Pure natural beauty <3

And again I used video google to find out who this lovely girl was. The first video I clicked was A contre-courant which ofc is my favourite song now. :) Her extremly beautiful face and the moves she makes in that performance paralyzed me. Watched more videos, and more and more. "Damn! The music is really good too :shock:" "How could I have missed her?"
I downloaded her two albums during that night (sry) and when I heard Moi Lolita I realized it was that song I had searched for alot a few years earlier but failed finding it due to bad french ^^

I soon realized I was "in love" and bought the same albums and the DvD En Consert which I've now seen about 10 times in 2 weeks :lol:
So sad I'm a few years late. Would really like to go to one of here conserts :(

Hi my name is Kemrek (yes that's my real name) my parents wanted to give me a name like no other.... long story. I was first intoduced to Alizee from some guy on the game Guild Wars, we were first talking about all the hot chicks we knew and etc. Then he had told me of "This HOT french chick" so I googled her and found out that she's a singer, so I found her music and started to listen to it and intantly got hook on her (Mainly because I love music but I've always seemed to like music that was different to what I normally listen to which is mainly Alizee).

Do you remember which video it was? There are several tv-show registrations and fan-videos. (I guess it was "shake")

After watching I could only stammer "No ... no ... it doesn't get better than this ..." Does anyone know "Accu" who made the video? One of my fav songs(Despite the fact i dont understand it) and watch some more of her live performances on youtube and google and got hooked.I agree, most of the content he used was from J'en Ai Marre videos, so using L'Alizé was unprofessional. He also seemed to focus more on her...assets...than anything else. It's still a nice video, but we don't just like her for her posterior.

First the intro - I'm currently living in Dublin (got some family here), after a while in England, finished a postgrad course a
couple of months ago so my brain is now slightly less zombified, not entirely sure what I'm gonna do next...!

I first glimpsed Alizee performing on a late-night repeat of the World Music Awards (I think it was 2001 cos I'm sure she
sang on a bigger front stage than the side one in the 2002 show), but with other things going on I didn't pay much attention...:(

My renaissance happened about a month ago - archiving some old data cd's onto dvd and found an Alizee webpage from
2001, so thought "umm, wonder what she's doing now?" - talk about missing the boat...all her 2002 / 2003 / 2004 work!! :shock:
So after a few searches I found some clips, including

Amelie m'a dit - really soulful, haunting performance & song (need a heart of stone not to be moved by it) -should have been a single!!:roll:
Gourmandises live (Rire de Plaisir) - fave track of first album, definitely should have had at least a Europe-wide release, maybe
even before L'Alize, I'm sure it would have swept the charts clean
J'en ai marre (En direct-f2) - just can't stop smiling when I watch this version (melt, melt, melt...!):wub:

Well, that was me hooked - just had to find more clips, and so ended up here, squeezing Rapidshare every night for every last byte!

So, I'm new. Living in the US, we don't get much exposure to French singers, so naturally the story of how I ended up here is a fascinating tale, filled with mystery and intrigue.

One day I was surfing the net looking for info on the American actress Isla Fisher. For some reason (must've been fate) I typed in Isla on youtube.com and it came up with a bunch of video clips titled La Isla Bonita. I clicked on the link just for the hell of it and was immediately enthralled... Well, she was a lot better looking then any American pop singers. So I got sucked in and now I've got both of her CDs and a bunch of videos, pictures, etc. I even have all her music on my PSP alongside the likes of Greenday, Eminem, and various Classical music excerpts...

hey all other alizee fans. k so heres my story.
i found out about alizee only LESS THAN A WEEK AGO. i found out about her so late (*cry*). well i was looking through videos online and i started wondering -where did the female night elf dance come from in the game world of warcraft?- and i looked it up and i saw a girl dancing almost exactly like the video game character. so at first im just like "wow this girl is hot", and i wanted to look up more videos of her. i looked through most of the google videos of her and she ended up being more than a great dancer. but she also had a great voice and the face of an angel.
my favorite videos were: (excuse my spelling on these)

the next day i realized i just had to watch those videos again, and again......and again.... so ive basically been watching atleast an hours worth of her videos everyday since last week. im growing obsessive too, which kinda sucks but i guess that just how it is when your very attracted to a certain individual. i wasnt even into french girls until i saw alizee =)

ah yess.... the funny thing is i had no intention whatsoever to be listening to music by a french girl.
im into hiphop/RnB/rap type of music but it was like i lost all interest in that type of music once i saw alizee's videos.
now i just want to play alizee music in my car or listen to her on an ipod where ever i go. i even think of stupid things like -how close she was to me- as in she was in las vegas and im in california and i could have drove for a bit and i would have been able to see her, but she was in las vegas WAY before i even found out about her.... i also got unattracted to girls who i would usually be attracted to, its just alizee now.... haha so yea the obsession is definently getting worse. but who can blame me? shes just that damn great.

I think we shouldn’t be so jealous and angry for Jeremy because the most important thing is that Alizee is happy with him and ofc this is only my private opinion on that matter ( I know that many people don’t like Jeremy).
I also think that situation is natural cause that was Alizee’s choice. I like her voice and some kind of magic around her . She is my inspiration and one of my favourite music artist.

Hi everyone...been a member only a short time so thought i'd jump in here and say hi. I come a small island in the south pacific named, "Guam". Yes Alizee is liked farther than Asia...lol. Actually, I just found out about her 3 months ago...and love all about her. Bye for now.
