Spiders!!!!!

Well, first time i saw this.. i nearly died!!!!

However, even though the pictures are real.. some stories regarding these spiders found daily in Iraq by British and American troops have been false.

However, they do run 10mph and only come out at night. Unless their is some shade..and can chase your shadow and jump like 3 feet. This is freaky as i realy realy hate spiders. ewwwww!!!


Infact enough to make me never wanna visit Iraq.

I love spiders! Except not for that big one like the pic. My mates and I used to breed spiders and make spider chambers with carton matches. We would let them starve and then when the right time comes, we'd place bets on them and make 'em fight on stick arenas. Those old blokes got rich from doin it too.

hate to tell you david, but my father came accross these along time ago. They are false. The spiders size has been upped a whole lot.

There really are dangerous venomous spiders to our troops over there, but they are much smaller.

Either way they are disgusting. Back when I was six I ran into a white albino spider with furry legs and have hated the critters ever since. Ugliest thing I've ever seen.

i don't mind camel spiders much, i kill them with my pinky toe.

The real challenge is when one of those larger american ones invade your neighborhood. They are about 18 feet in length, and they can eat 2 or 3 people in one bite. One of those invaded a friends neihborhood once, i think he lost like 15 neighbors in one day, before the police shot it with an elephant gun. twice.

In 20 minutes, one bite from the Black Widow can kill a human being. I don't know about the albino that you greatly fear, but I guarantee you... the balck widow is as lethal as aunt fanny's decade-old thong.

Blah blah blah I hear you and that is duly noted as truth. BUT, what scares a small kid? Another little black spider that looks like anything else (I saw one when I was 6 and peeling bark off a tree, not terribly impressive) or a big freak of nature?? It's all about fear. I was too young to think of death! Sheesh, so full of gloom.

This is like the pictures of Jackalopes seen in the western US. They are huge Jack rabbits - faked.

There is one scientific reason to doubt the picture. Non-vertebrates can't get that big unless they live in the water. There is nothing to support their innards.

The Jackalope pictures were made before Photoshop.

You guys remember the jackalope on one of those TV shows here in America?? Some of those were pretty funny, but it was a bit of time ago. I can't remember what it was, but I think he was voiced by one of those guys from Full House (not Bob Saget, though)

lol.. I have to say though, spiders from the Amazon rainforrest freak me out. I think the Amazon basin, parts of that have not even been explored yet.. imagine the spiders down their.. Also the Australian Rainforrest... spiders their are huge, those water spiders are nasty!

Holy cow! Those camel spiders look like facehuggers. Gross and scarry. I'd faint if I met one.
I hate spiders. Even those small are dreadful. When I see a spider in my room I kill it instantly, cause I couldn't bear its presence in peace.
One of the worst things is when you walk through a forest and suddenly feel spiderweb on your face. Brrrr...
My mom always tells me not to be scared of them, because they are more scared of me. But for some reason I don't believe her :)
Fortunately we don't have any vicious animals here, maybe except dogs or hmm... some humans...

Ack, I hate spiders. Me and my older brother share a flat and we have quite an old toilet... Let's just say sometimes White-tail spiders can get in through the pipes. We have a knife in the bathroom just incase.
