Well.. before i begin id like to just explain a few things.

In England a small time TV show has been going on. This show is on a few times a year. It is a live ghost hunt in a reported scariest places in England.

They have a spirit communicator. His name is Derick. His guide is his passed on Grandfather named Sam. Sam speaks to derick and gives him an amazing gift to see collective energy given off by a spirit. Also, talks to them and communicates. First i must say, you are more than likely thinking this is just a hoax. Well, me 2. Untill tonights episode.

Tonight was just, well.. hard to describe. It basicly turned everything i thought i understood about the spirit world upside down. Holy hell!


A few times a year, a camera crew and a small group of men and women go to this haunted place. Now in the past, nothing much has happened. Tonight, was crazy.

The usual happened.. they go into a old building.. try to talk and small things happened. Then, they went into the small celler. As they went into the celler, Sam ( who is Dericks guide ) told derick that a group of strange spirits have came into the celler with them. They made serious impact. I have never seen this in the 4 years o so this Tv show has been up. They told Derick, they are going to send him to hell.. they were bad spirits that practise evil things. Their were a group of women wayyyy back in history that chopped peopls fingers off and killed them. These women were hung.

So.. they were making very bad things happen, and the space was freezing on the monitor. So, the spirits were so bad, not even Sam could speak to derick, so they left that room and has a seance upstairs in the celler. During the seance, the glass in the middle of the table was moving. Now i have seen this before, but not at this extent! To be honest, it was crazy. The glass was moving to questions being asked. Then a member of the camera crew collapsed. followed by another, as the glass shot off the nd of the table. The table then broke, and lifted off the ground. People dragged the guy outside and he was choking.

Everything calmed down, so they went back in. Just then, a nother member of the crew collapsed and was taken outside and didnt comeback in! He said it was like they were choking him with a rope. he didnt fake it, cos his eyes were so red almost poping out of his head. While people were screming for a medic, he came round after being completly out of it.

They spirits then said their was 9 of them in the room. They were laughing at the team, but i have never ever seen that look on Dericks face like i seen tonight. He was white and vry scared. He has been doing this for around 20 + years. This description sounds stupid, but omg!

The glass then smashed, and the team felt sick and needed to leave. Sam didnt even come through at all. All the years derick has been a spirit communicator, he has never experinced this. The last time i seen derick he had to be took to hospital as he couldnt breathe. Infact, he even said not to talk down to the spirits or mock them, these are very powerful in a group. The show is to be continued tomorrow night and i can't wait. So suggest those who can, watch it. You will be amazed. This is no hoax at all... but the real deal.

There is also a non beliver in the studio that has been on the show since it started. He was always said that its rubbish and fake...untill tonight. He had tears in his eyes, he was stunned. Thats when the show ended suddendly!

I would have to agree with Manu. Those things that happened on TV were a set up. That entire show is probably faked. Do you want to go ahead and turn this into a whole paranormal thread rather than just a thread on the show?

Yeah, most stuff on TV is fake. I believe in ghosts and that kind of stuff but I also don't. I think ghosts and stuff were made up by people to explain things that can't be explained. Because they want to have a reason for everything that happens.

But one time, I was sitting in a room upstairs playing video games with my friend. We were home alone and the room door was closed. Something bangs on the door violently. I told my friend if that happens again then I'm running downstairs. We continued to play and a couple minutes later the door busted open. We dropped the controllers and ran downstairs screaming. It happened a long time ago and I still have no idea what it was or what could have happened. I don't think I want to know what happened either.

Usually I say everything is in the mind but I don't think anyone's mind could have kicked the door open like that.

and Jaxpot, i understand how most of you say this tv show it fake. If you were telling me the story i would say the same. But, honestly i can't explain it, if yu watched the show ud understand, cos the things happened that could not be faked no matter how hard you tried. Even when the team were talking , you coul hear the fear in their voices. I have seen this show so many times, and every time i was yet to be convinced, last nights show was diffirent. They were not expecting what they got. If they captured a ghost on camera, yeah that would be silly. But to have spirits energy moving a glass isnt so far fetched realy. It happens daily around the world. For those that can watch UK living tonight, will see clips of what happened last night.

My mom watched "countryfile" (a boring program on a sunday morning) and they said that the place that they went to is REALLY haunted and it's the most haunted place in England!!

and i was freaked out last night but i can't stop watching it as it's a really cool show!!

oh and did u c the program on Sat. night? Derek said that there was a ghost of an Alien in that particular room!!!

I've never believed in this sort of stuff, but OMG!!! I totally believe this is not a fake....scary stuff though!!! Glad I didn't watch it, but thinking about it, it must of been pretty cool to see this happening, in real life.

Great to see a programme on British TV that is not a hoax or a fake...

If you don't believe in anything paranormal you must read that. That isn't the good website, as I couldn't remember where it was, but the entire town has been in Maria 's home, and no one doubts it. The place is practiacally a tourist area now, anyhow. just an interesting ad on, is all 8)

I've seen some very impressive tv shows about that too.
#1 an american one, where some amatures went out taking pictures of an old house, and on all the pictures was a dead woman (and it was proved that it COULDN'T have been a fake)

#2 we have shows like that in denmark too, and it was where some man went into a haunted house, and after 30mins, while he was speaking a BIG glass table blew up, and it coulodn't be a fake because that glass table was stable as hell, it oculd carry hundreds of kilos........

SPOOKY TRUTH: TV'S MOST HAUNTED CON EXPOSED TV

THE TV show that has spooked millions with its footage of hauntings and poltergeists is today exposed as a fake - by one its own stars.

Resident parapsychologist Dr Ciaran O'Keeffe has sensationally lifted the lid on the ghosthunting series, Most Haunted ... and claims that the public are being deceived by "showmanship and dramatics."

He accuses the show's medium Derek Acorah of hoodwinking viewers by pretending to communicate with spirits and obtaining information about locations prior to filming.

The Mirror has also obtained unedited footage which appears to show presenter Yvette Fielding and her husband faking 'paranormal' occurrences such as ghostly bumps and knocks.

Most Haunted has quickly achieved cult status since it was launched in 2002 and is LivingTV's most successful programme.

Millions of viewers tune in regularly to watch Ex-Blue Peter girl Yvette and her team of ghost hunters spend the night in some of Britain's most haunted locations.

It has made Acorah - who claims to be guided by an Ethiopian spirit guide called Sam - into one of the country's best-known psychics.


Tonight the show will start its biggest ever live vigil, a four-night Halloween special from East London following the murderous trail of Jack the Ripper.


Yvette Fielding has said of the show - which is made by her husband Karl Beattie's production company Antix Productions: "There is no acting in this programme, none whatsoever. Everything you see and you hear is real. It's not made up, it's not acted."


But our investigation reveals how the programme uses careful editing to mislead viewers and, on at least one occasion, has even lied about the location of filming.


Ciaran, a lecturer in the paranormal at Liverpool's Hope University, knows speaking out will probably put an end to his media career... but he believes viewers should know the truth.


He says: "I think it's time to open the dialogue about what I've experienced on Most Haunted. There have been many incidents with the medium that have been brushed under the carpet.


"I was put in the show to give a professional slant to it, to give it an element of credibility, but the sceptical argument is just swept away.


"In my opinion, we're not dealing with genuine mediumship."


He says he isn't the only member of the crew who feels viewers are being cheated.


"Other crew members have been irked by Derek and what's going on, because it turns what should be a serious investigation into a laughing matter."


And our exclusive footage shows other members of the team occasionally forget they are on camera.


One of our clips, later edited out, shows Karl push an unwitting sound man in the dark and pretend it was a poltergeist attack.


In the remaining footage he says (after surreptitiously hitting the soundman): "S**t, did you feel that?"


Yvette: Are you all right? What's happened?


Karl: I felt something touch me on my shoulder.


Soundman: I felt something hit me.


And in another edited clip with medium Ian Lawman, Yvette is seen on camera making a deep sigh. In the scene that eventually went to air, Ian (after Yvette sighs) says: "What's that noise?


Yvette: What noise? Like a moan?


Ian: Breathing or something.


Yvette: I heard like an 'arrggh'.


Ciaran, who joined Most Haunted in April 2004 became suspicious of Acorah's antics on a shoot at Castle Leslie, Co Monaghan in Ireland where a 17th Century four-poster bed has been claimed to levitate.


Ciaran recalls: "As we walked into the bedroom, Derek touched the bed and came out with extremely accurate information.


"He insisted he got all the information just from touching the bed. But it was the wrong bed."


Antix Productions claims the mediums have no idea where they will be filming or know any details about the history of the locations.


But Ciaran says: "Derek must have had prior knowledge of the locations."


He devised a plan to see if Derek was deliberately deceiving the public.


While on a shoot at Bodmin gaol he invented a long-dead South African jailer called Kreed Kafer - an anagram of Derek Faker.


"I wrote the name down and asked another member of the crew to mention it to Derek before filming.


"I honestly didn't think Derek would take the bait. But during the filming he actually got possessed by my fictional character!"


On the next shoot at Prideaux Place, Cornwall, Ciaran made up another fictional character, highwayman Rik Eedles - an anagram of Derek Lies. Sure enough, Derek made contact with the dead outlaw.


Ciaran says: "In my professional opinion we're not dealing with a genuine medium.


"When Derek is possessed he is doing it consciously - all we are seeing is showmanship and dramatics."


Ciaran went a step further at Craigievar Castle, near Aberdeen.


"I made up stories about Richard the Lionheart, a witch, and Richard's apparition appearing to walk through a wardrobe - the lion, the witch and the wardrobe!" True to form, Derek mentioned all Ciaran's stories - even though Richard I reigned 500 years BEFORE Craigievar Castle was built.


The final straw came last month when Most Haunted presented a three-night special from Manchester.


On the second evening, the show claimed to be broadcasting live from the site of Cheadle's Victorian asylum, a place where - according to presenter David Bull - thousands died in torment. In fact they were in the derelict remains of Barnes Convalescence Home - where nobody died in torment.


Ciaran remembers: "Derek was communicating with spirits that sounded as if they'd been in an asylum, but it was never an asylum."


Yesterday the Mirror confronted Derek Acorah with Ciaran's allegations. He told us: "I've worked with Ciaran for many shows and he's got every right to say what he says.


"However, it does shock and surprise me. Not only do I believe that I am a genuine medium - I live my work 24 hours a day. If I thought that I wasn't a true medium, I wouldn't work as one."


A spokesman for LivingTV said: "Ciaran O'Keeffe has worked as the programme's official sceptic for 18 months and during this time has not brought any of his concerns to our attention.


"LivingTV has not seen any of your filmed evidence, but will fully investigate your claims."

Most Haunted is so fake. It is so funny that every episode they hear noises and see orbs. The show I like is Ghosthunters which is on the Sci-Fi Channel which the ghosthunters try to analyze all the facts before they say whether a place is haunted or not.
