Sad News Re: Cors'Alizée

Les mises à jour ces derniers temps sont plutôt inexistantes... En effet, avec la sortie du live, le site aurait du vivre du feu de dieu. Il aurait pu opter pour un design aux couleurs du live, vous auriez pu bénéficier de nombreuses captures du DVD, ou encore de nouveaux fonds d'écran ou que sais je... Pourtant je ne fais rien du tout. La passion n'est plus au rendez-vous, ça se ressent. Ainsi au lieu de continuer à "faire semblant", je préfère suspendre toutes activités pour le moment. Merci pour votre compréhension et respect. Si un jour l'envie me reviens, je reprendrais volontiers les activités du site.

The updates lately are rather non-existent... Indeed, with the exit of live, the site would have food of the fire of god. It could have chosen a design with the colors of the live one, you could have profited from many captures of the DVD, or from new funds d'écran or which I know... However I do not do anything the whole. Passion n'est more with go, that feels. Thus instead of continuing with "faire semblant", I prefer to suspend all activities for the moment. Thank you for your comprehension and respect. If one l'envie day return to me, I would take again readily the activities of the site.

Well, it doesn't shock me that she would do this again. But I am kind of surprised that she'd do it at this time, when things seem to be going very well. In any case, I'm not worried. Cristelle always comes back.

As for news, the Alliance forum, and the members of the French section of this forum, keep us up to date. As for her site, Cristelle said she will still keep it open. But she did say that she doesn't intend to go back to it again. In my opinion, posting something like that (again) on your site is an open invitation for people to pester you with questions, but she said that maintaining her site was only a hobby and not a job, and that she has other projects to work on. Somehow I imagine things would be different if Alizée were to start promoting again, but it's her choice.

maybe she should pass the site on to a keen webmaster who can continue to update and add new things while she does her other projects. Then, if she decides to go back to it.. she can, and not have lots of work to do.

It's a good suggestion I'd say. Why not have other people working with the site aswell.
She doesn't have to be the only admin of Cors'Alizée.
It has been a fine resource and news site in the past. I sure hope it will stay this way in the future too.
Unfortunately these messages from Christelle make the whole site look a bit bad. It's as she would try to influence Alizée somehow. First it was about her own birthday. And now it seems as she would try to tell Alizée to promote some more.

oh well. I could care less about christelle, she seems unstable enough as it is. She switched up alizee's music "last time she tried to quit" for music such as blink 182? I happened to see this band in concert once when i was younger, and it was not a good experience.

lol sorry for resurrecting this thread (please don't shoot me!!!) but there is a small 'update' on Cristelle's site, which reads:

Small cuckoo of passage... After more than 3 and a 1/2 months of closing of the site, I allow myself a small update. First of all to pass a small cuckoo to all... (this update does not engage in any way to a renewal of activity of the site), I wish you all my best wishes for 2005 (good I agree it is a little late lol). Thanks for continuing to visit the site since its stop concerning the updates (you are always more than 350-400 visitors per day approximately thank you! Then all my wishes of successes for Alizée concerning her private and professional life.

there was no point posting about Cristelle's personal life, coz i didn't understand half of it, n no-one would really care that much....

"coucou" is a less formal way to say hello or hi. "Petit coucou de passage" would mean something like "A little hello in passing" or "just stopping in to say hi." If you're dying to know what Cristelle's up to, she just finished her midterms and her band is doing well, and they may record a song soon.

I think it's up to Christelle if she makes the site or not.
She must have another life rather than sitting at the computer giving us news. When people talk about her in a bad way why should she help us find out things? Some are just as bad for turning their backs on her just for making her own dicision.
I think it must be hard for her sometimes, Alizee was her life, she spent a lot of time on that site.
Alizee taking a break must have been very hard for her to cope with.
Let her do as she pleases, the way Alizee wants to.

When they come back, they will come back. Let Christelle have some space.
Alizee is a very difficult force to deal with sometimes lol :lol:
