Which user? Are you set as passive? Are you able to connect to others?

check "Firewall (passive, last resort)" in the "Connection settings" menu

Select the passive option. Note: Passive is a limited mode, and will disallow you from connecting to other passive users.
You could also TRY the "Firewall with UPnP" option, though if you don't have a firewall with UPnP, it won't work. :P

thanks guys for helping :D I have disable the firewall and liberated the ports on my new modem and now is working :thumbup:

What I need to do??

You must be registered by an Operator to download or chat at the Alizee hub. Follow the instructions from Robocop when you attempt to enter the hub or the instructions elsewhere in this thread. Stay online until an Operator can get to you and you receive a confirmation message. Waiting only one minute may not be enough time.

Very strange. I find no record of you being banned or kicked or anything. Dang computers!!!!
Just go through the regular registration process and I'll get you set back up. Sorry you had a problem.
