Seriously, I wanna ask you guys what you feel about the current situation with alizee's career & her image. It's sucks that her comeback is still pure speculation. Who knows what the outcome of her new material. Her image as well, don't flame me for this but the recent photos I've seen her, her beauty has somewhat diminished. Well not diminished actually, just changed. From sexy to sweet then to just sweet & motherly. She's still beautiful but her sex appeal has lessened. And if this speculated 3rd album will flop... could this be her last? Will it be a prelude to the end of her music career?

like i told before i don´t care about her new look, or her old look... her music is most important... anyway, we are men, i am man also, so, maybe you´ve right and i must confess that her beauty and body plays little role here, if she´ll come back with her image from 2004 then it´s not best view for my eyes, and if her music will be like A Contre-Courant or C'Est Trop Tard then her 3rd album will be last one for me, last one that i´ll buy, because style of C'Est Trop Tard and A Contre-Courant is absolutely against my taste... i hope that she´ll come back with smth like Gourmandises...

Yeah, her slow songs really show off her voice more. I think its good to be multi dimensional. If she was to make more songs that are similar to jeam and jpva then chances are they might sound too alike. its completely fine what shes done so far IMO

all started with the post of paybay reporting the error that occurs frequently. Then they decide to delete the quick reply section and i think the forum is faster and less errors now.

But, I think that the quick reply should be left on . . . things should be done about unregistered traffic . . . leaving the quick reply makes it easier for us to respond and post . . . and saves time too.

Honestly, I don't see us bringing back Quick Reply. Ever since we removed it, the forum has been faster and more responsive than ever. Whether or not its removal is the main cause of the performance improvement, I don't know. But you can't deny that it is better. And with a quicker forum, who needs Quick Reply? That's a bunch of time save right there.

And from my personal standpoint, I've always thought that Quick Reply sort of encouraged short response posts (chat-like discussion). I know that in reality, if someone's deadset on posting "LOL" and a smiley, they're going to do that whether there's Quick Reply or not. But it's my hope that with its absence, people would (maybe subconsciously) write better quality posts now.

I definitely notice a speedup in pages loading but I strongly doubt it has something to do with the quick reply box. Of course, it doesn't really matter because I always go into advance anyways.

Are you on dial-up or something? Pages load a lot faster now and the forum is more responsive, in general. Back before we made these tweaks, there would be frequent periods of time when you would click on something on the forum and have to wait about 1-5 minutes before the page would even start to load. I haven't noticed any of that ever since. Not to mention the fact that we're not getting anymore page errors.

I'm not surprised they won at all, i mean the whole election was going toward them anyway. Liberal should be punished and the whole point of the election it's too vote libereal down. Personally, I like Paul Martin better than Stephen Harper. Let's just see how they do, if they suck we can always go back to libereal anyway.
Less taxes, I don't know about that. Might be those empty promises made before the election, usually is. Only thing i know is that they might ban gay marriage. Conservative didn't do anything that stands out to won, many many people just voted for them to get liberal down.

Um not really, I kinda learned my lesson from my friend, he was taknig care of he's hamster at school(it was his friend hamster) and out of nowhere the hamster came out on the bench and gusse what happened :shock:

Yeah, it's relatively new. Listing all the bans in the history of the forum, plus all their reasons would take too much time and there's really no need for it now. Like I said though, we will be listing all warnings and bans from this point on.

We realize that people are naturally curious about warnings and bans, so the whole point of the thread is to keep everyone informed. Hopefully we can also avoid people constantly asking why this person was banned or why that person was warned.

And to all those asking for warnings, please stop. It'll just make the whole warning system pointless if we handed them out like candy. I will, however, grant you self-imposed bans if you want one. :twisted:

That's really up to you. You choose to follow the rules or not, so if you pick up another warning, you have no one to blame but yourself. But it is almost time to remove your warnings, so just wait a bit.
