Amélie m'a dit now on the airwaves

According to Cristelle's site, Amélie m'a dit was played on Radio 6 at around 5:20 this afternoon (France time). Cristelle made a post saying that she made a dedication when the song was played again later in the evening (had I checked the French forum sooner, I could have listened to it online, but I was too late). Did anyone else happen to hear it? In any case, she said she would have an mp3 of it by tomorrow. And it's good to hear that Alizée is finally back on the airwaves. :thumbup:

It hasn't been released as a single, so it's not going to be on the charts right now. It was only played to promote the release of the live CD and DVD, and there's no indication as of yet that it will be released.

dont you think shes taking a long break right now, and is not headed for anything at the moment? She seems to be going against herself from before, by wearing baggy rock clothes and stuff. I'm not sure what she is thinking, and why she is doing the things she's doing. There is a huge lack of news on her.

come on lay off. Every singer takes a break. Remember she has had almost no time to do the things she has wanted to do with all the concerts, interviews and music videos. Most young singers take a few year out, even Lene Marlin took a year and a bit out to see thr world. Its nothing strange about it. All that hard work they need a break. She has said she still dreams of being back on stage.. Im not worried at all.

ok, sorry, i dont know what came over me the other night. I'd never been upset over anything in a while, i don't know why i care so much about someones career, i have no idea.
The only thing i didn't like was the whole bit about french not recieving her well anymore, and thinking she dresses like a slut. I heard that most of them think of her the way we do about britney spears (i cant imagine).
Because of this im hearing shes sick of her lolita image and the bad press she was getting, but i love it.
I want her to come back anyway she can, i just worry about her going a little insane with the whole marraige and "normal life" state. I think it's great for her, but i just hope she doesn't lose touch with herself. Some of the recent pictures of her has her wearing weird hats with crazy expressions on her face, it reminds me a little of britney spears press.
It's too bad audiences dont recieve the lolita image well anymore.
I hope she can be happy, its just i personally would like her to have a good career with good creative, not sold out type music continueing on, i would just be personally sad to see it go.
I know its hard being in the spotlight. One of my favorite bands is still underground, even though they are well known. Because of this they have not changed thier image in the last six years.
I guess i usually dont care, i lock artists in time. So what is the lead singer of mushroomhead left, their first album is still better than there newer one IMO, so i still listen to the old cd even though that phase is long gone.
I guess i would just be a little sad if the alizee i know and love is a thing of the past. Granted i missed out on all her years of success, and only recently discoverd her.

Alizée will always be Alizée...she's always sweet and the Alizée you've seen is the real Alizée. She's not gonna disappear, cos she's always gonna be Alizée. Image is only skin deep, and really to be honest, Alizée loves to have fun and yes well we might always have these thoughts that, and i just think that it shows we care i guess...but then if that makes you more concerned than happy when you see her smiling and having fun. The Alizée you love is Alizée, not an image, i'd hope.

Alizee maybe will change. For an artist there is always good to change perspectives, outlooks an style so the fans, audience etc. don't get bored. There are also the true fans who will always like Alizee. I hope the people on this forum r from this category. Her Lolita image, is just an image. I'm curious how she is in real life..? I think she is a normal person with normal feelings, and a hip-hopish kind of style. Her Lolita beeing is just a Mask and if people (especially) french don't like this style she should change it... :roll:

Where as the ones you see with Lili are amateur footage, people who have just been there with a camera. Is there any harm in looking like you're having fun when you are hanging around with your best friend and your husband?
