Well, in honor of the new single, I've decided to finish up my instrumental of Amélie m'a dit, which had been sitting on the shelf collecting virtual dust for quite a while. Since I'm never completely quite satisfied with my work and always feel the need to keep working on it, I figure that I might as well release it now or else it'll never see the light of day.

Very briefly, for those who don't know about my instrumentals, they're made in FL Studio, reproduced note for note as closely as possible. Not 1 second of the original is used, just to keep it a challenge for myself and no, I didn't just use a simple vocal remover.

Yes!!! I've been wanting this one. I just wanna say Moco, great job on these instrumentals, I've enjoyed them immensley.

I'm not ashamed to admit that i've karaoked to every one of your Instrumentals. They hold up very well to the original and don't sound like typical karoake at all.

This instrumental version is really great. A question: How did you do it Moco?
I had the feeling it is longer than the normal version, is it?
Instrumentals are good but I like much, much better the voice of Alizee attached to it!

Thanks for all the comments, guys. And thanks for hosting the files, monkeygod, I'll put those links up in the original post. I never thought someone would actually record a karoake session of my instrumentals, so I feel somewhat honored. :P Nice job!

Alizée - Gourmandises (Concert Instrumental by Moco).mp3 (http://www.alizee-fanpage.com/downloads/instrumental/Alizee_-_Gourmandises_(Concert_Instrumental_by_Moco).mp3)

I know an instrumental for the studio version of Gourmandises already exsists, but I felt the concert version was different enough to merit its own instrumental. Plus I couldn't resist with those cool guitars in the intro. :P Enjoy! And thanks to Riccardo for hosting the file on the Fanpage.

Moco-

Just listened to all of yours. They are exaclty what I was looking for. I started to look around for my nintendo controller near the end of "Moi... Lolita", but it was very cool. ACC is such an awesome song.

Moco

Nintendo? LOL! Moi Lolita happened to be my first released instrumental, so my skills weren't that great in that one.

...can we expect anymore of these "concert" instrumentals?
Maybe! We'll see. But there's a few other songs from the albums I want to make first...

May I request Mon Maquis...? Since it's my alltime favourite, and I don't think I have it in instrumental yet!

Ps: I'd gladly trade in my gif-skills for your instrumental-skills, how about it!?

Normally I don't take requests because it puts too much pressure on me.

BUT, Mon Maquis happens to be one of the songs I've been working on. So keep your eyes open...

Hey can you make that one a little bass-y? All of the in-concert songs totally lack bass so I want some stuff that pounds. The drums are awesome. Of course, if you're almost finished, whatever is good.

Ah well, mine is based on the studio version, so there's plenty of bass in there. However the percussion is different from the concert version, so I guess it's a bit of a trade-off.
