Hmm a think they will works on 2003. for example u can use: StyleXP to change original boot screens and logins :)

I can use Tuneup Utilities 2004's Winstyler to do this also.

One quick question, as of right now, I only get that screen on startup. When it logs me out for the screensavor, the log back in is not the whole screen, but a dialog box. Does anyone know how to change this?

if u like logon screen from NT or 2000 or not u must go do Registry (menu start -> run -> regedit). find this key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]. create value type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value) and name LogonType. if u want to have a classic logon screen (from nt or 2000) you must change the value to "0". but if u want have xp style logon screen type "1" :)
