Nieuwe Veste Orchestra=> A contre courant BIG band Afrika

Some new recordings of songs played by the Dutch 'Nieuwe Veste Orchestra'. The (free, unofficial) Alizee World album is almost ready, and will be avaible by the beginning of September. It will contain a mix of Alizee songs in different styles of music/countries. Like typical the typical French music, Wiener Walsh, Japanese J-POP, Mexican, Turkish and Bangladesh.

great! I am not a big fan of remixes. But i liked the A Contre-Courant orghestra. Although, it could have been a bit faster ? Still nice though, thanks =) ( There is something about that song , than doesnt matter what version i hear, always gets my heart racing on the chorus)

But yeah the drunken version of acc is kinda weird, i only listened to it once, it almost gave me a headache.

they were good, i liked Lou ou Toi the most... are you saying these were really played by real people? or did i read that wrong... i have made some piano only versions of stuff my own self.. if i can ever get it to record at a good quality i'll post some of it..

These don't sound like songs made by an orchestra. Sounds more like it came from a computer using sythesized instruments, mixed in a program like Fruity Loops or something. Interesting renditions nevertheless

I've got to agree with monkeygod! These songs sound like MIDI! In addition, Deja Pris remix has nothing to do with reggae!

as much as I love ACC, i'd have to also say the tempo is too slow for my liking. But the Deju Pris is gold! :D
