you go on commentaires there is a new "window" which appears where you can write what you want.

Hint:

the site france-jeunes net is non-functional with other browsers
like internet-explorer (uses active X)
And: if protection is enabled, it requires to be set onto the list
of "trusted" sites (scripting allowed)
