I'm trying to add to my CD the tracks suggested by some of you. I found "Ma Prière" but haven't found "Vainqueurs De L'Année" or "Il Jouait du Piara Depout". I've already added "Ella Ella" (wrong spelling). Any more specific advice on where I can get them? Also, does anyone know where I could get the song she sang when she was younger than 15? I only get snippets of it.

Thanks

I have the Il jouait du piano debou vid and extracted the audio already but both are LQ, I could send it to you if you'd like. I dont have the Vainqueurs De L'Année, at least I dont think and Im not sure what song your talking about when she was younger than 15.

I made a mix of Il jouait du piano debout, Ella Ella, and La Isla Bonita, making sorta sound like they are from one live performance (mixing the crowd noise between songs, etc). It's nothing too special, but a nice way to listen to her three best rare songs, imo. If you see me on DC or Winmx, feel free to get it: "Alizee - live.mp3"

Oh yeah, I remember another irreverent discussion on DC from a few weeks ago... about how to my American ears, the line in Il jouait du piano debout - "Ça nous dérange" - sounds exactly like "a nudie ranch."

Don't ask.

I'm not on MSN. Do you mean MSN messenger? Could you ask to have them posted on this site?

(How do you quote from more than one post?)

There was a site called "The ants are my friends ..." (The answer my friends ...) which listed legitimate mix ups people had when listening to songs. I'm sorry to say it has disappeared. You or anyone else aren't alone in hearing something other than what as said.

You have to hit the quote button to quote the first person then, just put the same text as you see when your making a "quote post", to quote the second person, which is:
Text You Want To Quote
You can quote as many people as you like, just keep putting that.

Yeah, gotta love those... my personal favorite was when I first heard Infinite Dreams by Iron Maiden - the line "Someone chasing, I cannot move" sounded just like "Someone chasing a Caribou."

Are you still talking about Alizée songs? I want them. Please, please, please - ooops, regain composure. Is there any way I could get them?
Thanks
