You can get the ACC videoclip from, for example, here:

http://www.moi-alizee.com/video/acontrecourant_h.mov

About the marriage, there is a document supposed to be official on a website, and the news came from a crappy French magazine. Any way, that'd show their bad taste for weddings, I guess heh...

i might be mistaken here but didnt BackInBlack post a document that said it didnt happen?? It listed all the people married and her name wasnt on the list.

P.S. a note to Robin Spark I never said anything about Your capitolizing on Alizee by making dvd's & if someone said that they were impersonating me.Ok?

hehe , i don't think he reads this forum...... does he?

The marriage happened; it's signed and official, at least in the U.S. The article that I posted a few days ago only says that there is no record of Alizée and Jérémy notarizing it at the French consulate, which means that it's not official in France.

Robin hasn't been around in quite awhile but the DVD controversy was settled a long time ago too.

No, he's a singer. He was on the Star Academy 2 (the best equivalent of which in the US is American Idol). They supposedly met when they were backstage at a show they were both performing at.

Sorry, but I still very much doubt that someone can make my name and surname public on the internet without any kind of permission from me. I mean, wouldn't that be illegal or anything...?
Don't even answer; let's leave it at that

Napoleon

Come on guys, ease up on the useless posts. This isn't supposed to be a topic for bashing Jérémy. If you have any criticisms of him, at least try to explain why you feel that way and not just something like "that sucks".

Napoleon
3rd August 2004, 19:19
I dunno- He is lucky. I have no idea how/what he is- I guess if I wanted to be with Alizee I would back up sing or whatever Jeremy does.. seems like the best way to get in with the singers... o well- i got no musical talent...

Ok, trying not make a usless post...

It is one of those "awww d@mn" moments, when you realize yet another woman on your fantasy list has walked down the isle. Not that it will ever really happen, but hey... one in a trillion is still a chance.

ok referring to the pic of Jeremy on page one, one thing i'd like to talk about is his hair, don't you think it would look better if it was silver?

Sir,

For my opinion:

Doing a marriage in the US State of Nevada is the ONE thing.
There it is legal (because of official record).
Bringing it into legal status for yourself, where you live with your spouse,
is the other.

Requirements :
1) Alizee + Jeremy as well as the employee which helds the ceremony have
to sign the "original certificate" AND the certificate (not any number of copies
from the preemptive record without official seal) is then subject to official
record in the register of marriages in the corresponding village. THEN the
marriage is legal and official the two are legal spouses in the US ONLY.

2) Legalization of a foreign marriage in France:
Two possibilites:
a) in the US: Go to the french embassy of Nevada (located in Las Vegas)
and apply for transcription of the certificate into a valid french marital status.
The Ambassador himself is required to SIGN and declare in written form that
the two spouses are willing to be registered as a married couple within france.
(inlucing signature of the two who are applying marital status).
An "official" (means "trusted") duplicate - also on an official form - is then to be sent to france to the
village where the couple intends to live together (as well where they are
currently registered cititzens).
Within this change of status, her (or his) name has to be changed in the
urban records. (e.g. Alizée Chatelain or as well Jérémy Jacotey) :cheesy:

b) Local appliance for marital status (in France, e.g. in Ajaccio):
Just the way as usual, carrying the certificate (the "trusted" copy WITH offical

sign and signatures!) which has been issued in the US, to the authority where
this is intended to be registered, Make
official appliance in front of the marriage employee there (maybe you have to
attach usual stuff again like birth certificates, family books and so on).
Then, after the transcript has been done and this has been certified, sealed
and signed by the employee AND the two spouses at least,
the marriage is valid here in france (as well as in the current EU member
countries at least).

You see this is an entire procedure to get a marriage valid outside the US if you
are not an US citizen (The US marriage cert for US citizen is valid for the rest
of the world of course).

Question: Did Alizée and Jérémy pass these procedures ??? If so they are legally
married. If not they are still "allied" people until today and nothing more.

Bernd

Well, you never know unless they tell you so. But I doubt they will reveal much about their private life.

Welcome to the forum Zalfrecko! Here is Jeremy if u must.

http://www.actu-friends.com/jeremy/images/autographes/caroline_face.jpg

He is a French singer. I don't know much /don't want to know much about him except that he was born on 19th October 1984 and had a hit with a single caled 'Belle Histoire' He is generaly scruffy and dirty in appearance. I used to think was ok guy but I've heard a great deal f negative stuff about him. Now I put up/tolerate him I hope Alizee will one day realise she can do better.

I found it here via a Google Search -> http://metaladept.free.fr/imprimer.php?type=0&id=70 . Sounds like it isn't very um, tasteful, lol.

Backinblack
6th September 2004, 20:29
It isn't very tasteful, nor is it believable. A random post on a French metal forum.
"Alizée married Jeremy Chatelain and divorced several days later we talk about Britney Spears but she's no better the b****"
No source, no accent marks, no punctuation. And not worth the time.

squeaky ladida
6th September 2004, 22:34
yeah, seriously doesn't sound like it's of any legitimacy
i could make it out at first, but notice how it even misses basic punctuation...

DavidAlizée
6th September 2004, 23:35
Yeah, sounds like someone found they were married.. then found that news about not legal in France... and put 2+2 togeather. :?

No source, no accent marks, no punctuation. And not worth the time

that says it all.

I can't belive she married this punk. He looks BAD. Can't understand how she - a beautiful girl could marry Jeremy - a punk. What does he sings? Rock or something? I must admit that women always had bad taste for men. Still it makes me wonder even now how did this happened.
They married in Vegas because there you don't need any kind of legal stuff. It is less papers to do and a lot easier to do it there.
Does anybody know what was her parents opinion obout her marriage?
I'm sure they weren't happy. (I will never let my daughter- if I'll have one - to get married to such a punk).

Hmz... since when Alizee is surname? :) I thought that Alizee is like a nick :))) and real surname is Baigers :) It's a fake I think :)

Jaycubed
10th October 2004, 00:02
actually...look properly and you'll see that Alizée is her REAL FIRST name

Alizée Jacotey, cos as we know Jeremy's surname is Chatelain, so if Jacotey is first in Alizée's name and Chatelain is first in Jeremy's...did you stop to think that maybe they are listing it surnames first?

it happens a lot in official documents...and the rest of the things you said, where did you get that idea from?

DavidAlizée

Ugh, why does this topic keep popping back up? I figure it's been beaten to death by now, so we should just close it. And I can't believe it was in the "news" forum all this time.
