no it's a webcam, I still need to get a digital camera too. My parents suprised me with this webcam, I was like, uh, what am I supposed to do with this, was my reaction opening it. :P


Anyway ya, I just pick out certain pics of me at the computer,and do some poses for fun, but alot I just pick out because usually I set my webcam to take 1 pic a second (as fast as it can be set to) and to take many, I end up with about 300 pics.

Haha! At least the 6 pack is starting to come in. I've been going to the gym 3x a week for over a year now. I can bench 245lbs now and go 175/185/195 x10. Next week I'll end up 200lbsx10. Not bad. My legs are nearly 2x the size they were and I've gained 15lbs in the year and lost about 6% points of fat.

oooh sweet. I used to run cross country and track, hurdles and distance medlay. Wrestling was the only thing I did where they wanted me to build my upper body, but I refused to work out much. :mrgreen:

WOW!!!! At 150lb???????? DAMN.

I was a competitive powerlifter and a wannabe olympic lifter untill about two years ago. I blew out my right knee playing football and since then I haven't done anything real serious,especially squat-wise....Btw, I've always squatted oly style (reeel deep). but I don't blame that on my knee injury.

bp (raw). 355lbs
squat (belt and knee wraps): 480lbs
deadlift. 540lbs (belt)
clean and jerk: 285lbs (no belt, no wraps)
snatch: 190lbs (I could never get the hang of these :cry:)

ht. 5'10 (I shrunk, no just kidding, same thing)
wt. 230lbs (I am kinda pudgy now, need to get back in shape)
