Dance like Alizee [Archive]

You all want to dance like Alizee and you have probably tried. Now you can by following my easy steps:

1. The Kick (Alizee Classic) (http://mysthixx.free.fr/gallerie/auftritte3/ard14_small.jpg)
Move all your weight on to one foot and swing the other out in front of you until your leg straightens then bring it back.
Dangers: Loosing balance, over estimating kick strength

2. The Roll of the fertile swan (http://mysthixx.free.fr/gallerie/neu2/alizee_top_03_small.jpg)
With your arms at your sides and standing side on to your audience, move one foot slightly infront of the other and then stick your belly out. Now bring your hips forward while pulling your belly back and let the rhythm roll down you body and then repeat.
Dangers: If your are fat you can't hide it, young men will come running

3. The Teapot (http://mysthixx.free.fr/gallerie/auftritte3/awards18_small.jpg)
Stand with one arm slighty bent high in the air pointing to the sky and put the other on your hips. Stand and smile.
Dangers: Cramps, you look silly

4. Backside Ventilation (http://mysthixx.free.fr/gallerie/neu3/alizee241_small.jpg)
With your hands on your hips, bend forward until horizontal making sure rear is exposed.
Dangers: not very flattering from behind, people may see down your shirt

5. Miss Mime (http://mysthixx.free.fr/gallerie/auftritte2/alizee_035_small.jpg)
Imagine yourself trapped in a transparent box with your hands pressed against it trying to find a way out.
Dangers: You might actually believe yourself, glass if box breaks

6. The Clap (Move of the desperate) (http://mysthixx.free.fr/gallerie/auftritte3/awards1_small.jpg)
Stand still with your legs apart. Raise you arms high above you head and bring them togther repeatedly.
Dangers: Someone might take your wallet

Although I have personally tested all these moves I cannot be held responsible for any injurys performing them, especially if performed all at once.

There's been threads before about her dancing and she's such an amazing dancer. I don't have to go into it i've done it before.

There is nothing insulting in my original post in the slightest. It purely points out some dance moves and how to do them like in any fan magazine. Although admittedly these magazines would be aimed at younger kids I think the idea may still be useful to some. If you think the moves descriptions are inaccurate I will certainly take corrections

Newsflash - you are insulting people ALL THE TIME. The difference is, that most people have the habbit to use vulgar terms instead.
But that doesnt make your comments less insulting.

Actually the guide consisted of 5 advices, but unfortunately i forgot the last two.

Well, you see dear captain, the forum has had some problems lately and the ignore-list has not been installed yet.

I know you guys are unaware of it but I was posting great things about Alizee for a year before I found this place. Why focus on a couple of negatives when there are so many positives? I know you will never agree with me on this so for tonight I say farewell and we can all talk with renewed freshness tomorrow

You know....I'm not trying to bring nationality in to this, but I have seen on this site, that the american members have a bit of a different sence of humor than that of the european members...and granted thats to be expected....so why not attempt to look at the post in a different way insted of flying off the hook and thinking that a joke made by someone is an attempted insult. His post i would exptect to see in a childrens fan magazine about Alizee or something....and besides its his opinions on her dancing anyway.....so please respect that........

It's easy to take for granted sometimes. When I met up with the Alliance members in Paris and watched the girls perform the moves, I along with the rest of the guys did the right thing and stood back and let them have the floor. :wink:

Kenny, her looks was what brought me here and I'm sure it has brought a lot more other forum members, but my respect for her quickly grew as I discovered more about her. Her looks brought me here but that's not what kept me here. That I must give credit to a wonderful community and the fact that there is more to Lili than her looks.

In my point of view it's okay to be attracted to her looks, and frankly it would be an insult not to admit it. :cheesy:

Sure everyone discovers her in his own way... and true, if you see a pic you can't judge her on her character or music... but just that hot vid thread..... that made me a bit angry..... and i admit, maybe i overreacted.... but i don't care, i really don't... This is me, and how i feel/think about Alizée, and i wanna defend her against noobs... ask Axilithor, me and him have trashed many noobs on msn who only said stuff like i wanna do her and then dump her, throw her on the street, where she belongs.... I wasn't aware of that thread and those comments but in that case don't worry about it since that clearly breaks the forum rules and posts like that will be dealt with accordingly. That's why we have moderators (like you =P ).

Kenny try not to waste your time with such low lives. They obviously say those things to stir up trouble. That's like me going to a Christina Aguilera fan forum and trashing on such a whore I think she is. Do I do that? Of course not. First it would be a great waste of time and frankly I don't care to express my opinion about her to people who obviously think differently of her.

In conclusion, those people or instigators are probably a bunch of 15 year old kids that have nothing better to do then start trouble and try to annoy people. They crave attention bro, don't give them any and that is worse than any insult.

Once again I urge everyone who thinks a post is offensive (either to you or in general) instead of adding fuel to the fire, just hit the report button and a moderator will have a look at it.

I'm sure most of you guys here already have a great deal of forum experience (not only from this forum but in general) and I hope you have realized that lowering yourself to the level of those kind of people doesn't resolve anything. This forum has survived hacker attacks, personal attacks towards Alizee, etc. and we have prevailed. How? Not by returning their insults or hacking their website, but by doing the right thing.

So do the right thing guys, report threads you feel to be offensive (keep in mind moderators get email notifications so use your judgement), and for your own sake don't waste your time with people that are obviously attention whores.

I know how this must make you feel Kenny when you here just flagrant remarks, but try to realize that waisting your time and effort is not worth it. That's all. =)

We're not conding trolls or trashing of Lili, but you have to understand that there are different degrees, and you can still respect her without worshipping her.

You keep listing extreme examples of people trashing her, and I repeat, these are NOT the cases we're talking about. People have been getting yelled at for far far far more harmless things than the examples you've been listing.

Well, I'm afraid if it comes to that, if you can't stop trashing people that shouldn't be trashed, we'll just have to delete posts. Nobody wants to punish you Kenny, but people have to be able to speak their mind without being trashed for it, as long as their respectful. If somoene has some insightful and respectful criticism, they shouldn't have to be afraid of posting, or if someone has a light hearted silly joke that isn't vulgar or anything, then they shouldn't have to be afraid either. There were plenty of jokes like the one in this thread in the old days, and it was always fun, but now, so many people are acting like it's an act of treason. We've got to stop taking everything so extremely. There is no way someone as nice as Alizée would want to see us acting like this.

If that's what you think, Kenny, that's fine. But the rudeness in the forum to people that don't deserve it has gotta stop. And if the guy found out about Alizée from that thread, how is it his fault if he just wanders across it and discovers her? You're trashing the guy for that? This is what I'm talking about. The guy did not deserve to be given such a cold welcome. It makes our forum look like one of the least friendliest places out there, when it really shouldn't look that way.
