Who would like to be or have the life of Alizee????

I know this is kinda weird because most people in this forum will be guys but I just wondered how many people would really like to live the type of life alizee does. Despite the fame and fortune, having the hectic life of live performances, always having to act approriately, being spied on by media and all the other hard work it involves. Oh yeah and the possibility of crazed psycho stalkers :lol:.

If any guys wish they were her besides the fact you could see yourself in the shower I'm gonna be a bit scared.

NO. i'm happy with my life, don't wanna be someone else. (of course, the option of seeing yourself in the shower is worth thinking about it, but i guess the answer is still no! :mrgreen:

Me too. I'd get pretty sick of singing (or miming) to the same songs, answering the same questions, constant self-promotion and having to be nice all the time. Alizée's job strikes me as something tiring and monotonous, but it's something she's very good at and she always looks like she's having fun. I wouldn't mind the life of Alizée's boyfriend though :)

I would be more then happy to change my life in to hers, I mean at the moment I work myself crazy and don't earn that much money :S I am not satisfied whith the way I look either :S and Alizée is more then pretty. So in that point of view I will be her, but on the other hand if i am her I can't fall inlove with myself (hope you understand this in the correct way) lol so perhaps I am happy with who i am

I wouldn't like to be Alizee, because then I wouldn't be able to admire her singing talent and beauty, because she considers herself to be very self-critical.

I wouldn't want to be Alizée for a few reasons.



One reason is that i think she's not very intelegent or wise in the sense that she doesn't make very smart choices, and is basically a slave to her managers.

I like her music, but as far as personality goes i am quite dissapointed in her lack of strength to defend herself against comercial obsession with money, beauty and fame. When i look at Alizee i don't see the interesting and funny person i saw 2 years ago.

A very very very good friend of me recently told me that when he saw the recent work of Alizée, he too says he doesn't see the cute, funny, natural girl from South France anymore.

And i completely agree with this.



I like Alizee's music, but if you ask me what i think about her as a person, i have to say that i think that to continue her career when the Lolita period is over is a mistake.



I see Alizée's career as a mountain.

She was at the top of that mountain when she started singing.

She didn't need to climb to the top herself because Lolita put her on top instantly.

She remained at the top for as long as Lolita stayed with her.

She wanted more money and decided to continue without Lolita. But without Lolita, Alizée can not remain at the top of the mountain, and will fall lower and lower down the mountain.



This does leave Alizée with two options:



1: Quit and live a happy life with the reasonable amount of money that she earned.



2: Try to get back to the top with a new trick, and become more comercial even if it meens giving up your personal ideals, and be a money cow for her managers.





Sadly i am beginning to realize that Alizee has chosen the second option, as so many did before her.

The new tricks are all well known desperate attempts to gain populairity. Singing English, using sex as the main subject in her songs, and last but not least: breast enlargement.

People can no longer denie that Alizée is getting more comercial. In recent interviews such as fun TV Alizée is no longer a natural French girl, but a normal comercial singer. I am not saying this is wrong, to me it is a dissapointment in her character. :cry:

Alizée is intelligent. In one interview she said that she was not good in english in school but she was better is physics and mathematics. As a singer she can't use these skills.



Using sex as the main subject is american style and Alizée is European. She is not going to the american markets.

There are points to argue for and against everything said about alizee here.

I shall only say she is still beautifull and has a lovely voice.

I can only wish she gets what she wants in life and is truly happy.

The same as I wish for anyone.

I agree...Alizee is gettin more sexual...I adroed her because she didnt get on stage and shake her ass like the other pop wemen...Now...she has gotten so sexuall...damn....as far as tradin lifes with Alizee...y not...y not let her be a starvin trumpet player and see how hard life is with no faimly...and no childhood...I loved her first site...but now i could just care less

I don't really think that I would want to be like her. She is famous and talented and all, but like parlertoutbas said, i would get board of singing the same songs over and over again. However, I would really like to know her though! :D
