Should I get the extended or single CD's?

I have both regular CDs with many songs on them. Should I get the Maxi CDs, Single CDs, or Single Remixes? What is your experience with them? I don't want to miss out on any of her music.

well, i'd prefer the maxi-cd's. i mean then you get the biggest bang for the buck. of course, if its not a financial question, get all of it ;)

Well, I guess I'll go to Amazon.com or Amazon.fr and see what I can get. I was thinking the single CDs might be duplicates of what is on the 2 main CDs. Some CDs include videos. Any chance any of the maxis or singles have videos?

Back to what I was asking about.

The singles I can't find are: "Gourmandises" "Parler Tout Bas" "L'Alize" and "Moi Lolita"

If I do find a reference to them, it says "out of stock" next to them.

Where can I get them? I can navigate through French or Spanish sites, but I would be lost on a German site.

AND I WILL PAY FOR THEM!!

I want her to get some of the $$$. The more she sells here, the more likely it will be that she will come. I'm several thousand miles from her - that's too far.

Any lead will be appreciated. Thanks

I just got one of the CD singles, "Moi Lolita." RealPlayer was the only software that would play it. The song is in *.cda format. I've never seen it before. I think this might mean I can't play it in my car. I wouldn't recommend this CD to anyone. It has the song "Moi Lolita" on it in the same form as on the regular CDs. There is another version, but it is only a piano playing the music - no Alizee - what's the point of that?

Yes, that piano version is pretty good but unfortunately there is no Alizée's beautiful voice singing in that.

I just thought of something concerning the piano version. When I'm listening to her CDs in the car, I visualize her dancing (I know, not a safe driving practice.) I just have to use more imagination when listening to the piano version.



Nikodemus - You must have had better experiences with Google translations than I have had. Mostly I've been able to use the translations to figure out what to do, but one German Alizee web site was very interesting to read. Much of it didn't make sense.

I just received my order from amazon.fr: J'ai Pas Vingt Ans and J'en Ai Marre. Some of the remixes are interesting and some are good. The only one I didn't like was the 2nd one on J'ai Pas vingt Ans. I'm sure better remixes are possible. More Alizee to listen to. Hard work, but I'll do it anyway.

I also received the book by Thomas Champ.

Keep telling me where I can get them. I'm not broke yet.

I just received the Japanese version of "Mon Bain De Mousse." It does have a video on it. It is the one with her in a large glass box. It is in mpg format, but I was able to see it larger than the version I downloaded. I got it up to about half of my 48cm (really 45cm) monitor screen - larger than that and it started to lose resolution.

The remix is questionable. They are never as good as the original.

I did get an icon of her from the CD and a good picture of her with the cute flippy haircut and a blue dress.

One more CD to come, the CD single version of Gourmandises. If there are more out there that are still available, I'd like to know.

I have already tried amazon.??? in all of its incarnations. I found a site that says it has all the CDs, but the prices are obnoxiously high - 50 or more euros each. I love Alizee, but that doesn't mean I want to support thieves. I got 3 CDs and the book from amazon.fr.
